ok..ok...i satisfied about the management, maintenance ok, very good, security also very good honestly nothing break in house cases heard it before....

nanti lagi lambat...value makin meningkat...i dah stay sini dah lebih kurang 2 bulan...makan,shopping semua dekat...ader byk kedai mkn kat shoplot mines heritage tu...
u keje mana? KL ke? i kerja kat K.L, so pagi I ikut jalan seri kembangan (takde tol) , tak jem sangat..lepas tu kuar Sg. Besi...balik biasa I ikut tol..either Balakong tol @ UPM tol...tengok keadaan. Tinggal K.L mana2 pun jem..tak leh elak la. |

hai all,
marina, i think you should buy as properties price are increasing now. susah nak cari apartment around 150 nearly kl. developer are developing properties more than 250k as they can offer to imigrants. so think twice if you wanted to decline. apparently mines not that far if you compared to bukit jalil and puchong. no doubt their ambiance is nicer but most of new aprtm there starts from 200k. here,you have an alternative road to heading to kl via tun hussein onn.

hmmm...if there is any oppurtunity to sell or rent my house i will, i intend to stay at Wangsa Maju (lots of my friend & family over there).... |

i kerja bangi aje. 10 minutes from office kalau i beli situ. i've decided.. going to the site office tomorrow nak book.. dah suruh dia hold.  esok meeting them to pay the booking fees. hopefully if all goes well, will be thy neighbor lah...huhu.. |

heheh... kerja kosong ada hari tu.. tapi the pay not very good lahh... that's why budget i so limited..
anyway, i dah book my unit.. heheh.. got myself a unit facing the pool on 6th floor, block b. doa2 lah loan ok  |

Hi all,
i've declined a unit in juta mines.. found a good one nearby.. a better area i guess and it's free hold. anybody that wanted to opt may view a unit at aliran damai apartment.
i've booked a unit at 6th floor for 974 sq/ft at rm133k (round figure). maintainance at RM0.13 per/sqft and it's free hold. build on an estate land. with basic apartment facilities (swimming pool, jogging path).. no doubt juta mines is nicer in term of facilities, finishing & ambiance.
for peace of mind, hubby & i decided to decline.. at least we have a spacious balcony for our laundry here .
there are few shops in front of aprt, petrol station, atm and market. nearby jusco & econsave too.
check this out for those who r interested.

i'm new here. anyway, bought b-1-11 in august 2005.
apa progres skrg ye..? i dpt loan kjaan and last week
i dpt surat dari kementerian perumahan saying nak
potong gaji start this june. aiyo. baru sedar, 2 years
alredi la.
agaknya by dat time, dh dpt kunci rumah tak eh? |

i know blok a dh msk sbb pg tgk showhouse
type c kat tkt 1, blok a tu. a bit worry la abt
blk b. kot tak siap jun nnt, mati la nk bayar
sewa umah n also loan umah.

key maybe next month and CF by June .. i think it would be easier for Galian Juta to get CF because of Perbadanan Selangor Berhad's share in the project :p |

tadi dpt surat dari galian juta.
baru nak kasik resit utk bulan
seblas sampai latest payment.
ingat surat tebal2 adala citer best
pasal kunci ke apa ke.. hehehe..
anyway, dlm surat tu stated
'the roads serving the said building
comprising the said parcel'. which is
i tak paham sgt but i guess dia dah
buat jalan kat bawah parking la kot.
sabtu ni g skodeng juta mines la.
