blok B purchaser, kamu rasa tak kita macam dipermainkan oleh developer? Takkan construction on Blok B suddently slow down??? Ataupun kita kena tipu beli condo sini ker? actually takde orang nak beli sini? |

hmm...what i thinking that not only block B...even unit at block A also yet to sell out, i doubt why all the owner still dont move in if they have bought it already...owner yang dah moved in sekarang pun tak sampai 30unit, block A=300unit??????
Thats why their progres now is very-very slow now...soo dissaponted  |

the external walls looked exactly the same. i am volunteering to paint the wall for free .. might get the job done faster.

hi just to anger everyone and myself...Have anybody who went to juta mines saw (from the swimming pool area) how freaking close the condo to a blue factory beside it!!!! They basicly shared the fence!!!
To make things worsed, not only block A will be enjoying the view of a sediment tank/pond! Now i just saw jutamines own sediment tank just within throwing distance..next to the pool area in block B ( go to the fence and look down..)
Really p****d off now.

I am agreed with diniza. I am also not very keen to stay in juta mines. So, since jan 2007, I alr sewakan my unit to family from iran. RM 850 p/month + aircond + water heater + cornices in living, dining and master bedroom + lighting & fan + kabinet and grill. My unit type c, 1207 kp, 3rd floor Management kata i sewakan banyak murah loo....  _________________ Nescafe ais |

murah sangat2 tu!! patut u bole sewakan more than that amount...tapi tak kisah kalau banyak duit kan..hehehe..apa sgt la 850 for Iran people. next yr u up kan sewa to 1000. ok |

nasib i beli tak facing the "nice pool" tu...lg murah...and nice view also. i rasa kalau nak jual pun susah tu. org tengok "pool" tu terus cancel....
satu lg..lampu di coridor lmbt bukak la pukul 7 pm lebih pun tak bukak lg, lepas tu tutup cepat sangat sebelah pagi, cuaca gelap lg...entah apa-apa. |

ya la...this few week..they work quite fast, and i think they will finished on schedule...don't worry guys..
once block B completed..we organised our committee members. anything unsatisfied we will fight back! |

hmm i bet they are UPM graduate students (atleast the mom or dad :p )
yes RM850 is cheap for your unit but if its enough to cover the loan payment then okay lor  |

actually, you can only see the infinity pool from the balcony. u wont be able to view it from the living room. so next time nak jual rumah, jangan bagi potential buyers melangkah ke balcony.  |

Actually, if you have intention the rent out your unit, no need to renovate so much things...maybe kitchen cabinet, air cond, water heater should be enough. kichen cabinet also no need too expensive..unless you got extra money la...Rm900 rental o.k for this. but myazil renovate so much things and rental 850 really cheap. orang kata cheap sale. |

lucky lor he got an iranian to rent out the unit. Local people will not pay that kind of money for an aparment, they would rather get their own and pay loan instead :p
anyhow Iranian families are okay, atleast the chances of them trashing the house is less ...  |

viewed the unit yesterday. quite interested with it as the facilities was good and maintainance fee are low. despite considering the location which perhaps to be develop soon, is there anything on?? that i should decline my decision???
