inspected my unit last saturday, aiyaa they missed one switch point at dry yard...master bedroom door cannot closed...floor trap out of position & many...soo bad la.  |

aiooo!! so scary la !!! i'm still collect the key...do no what happen to my unit..what to do if there any defect? hopefully we can organised Juta Mines Residence Committee in future.. |

| But the good things is they have build a new brick wall fence at the back of juta mines to replace with the existing wire fencing. Existing wire fencing mcm low cost flat la... |

do no safe or not we stay here...i think they build this condo very-very 'cincai' and this arkitek's name also Teh Chin Chai...anybody who knows how to handle this problem..please help us... |

the fense thingy is good. I just wish that would seal the lobby entrance. Install a smart card security system at the entrances and another at the parking entrance. Is the current situation stays .. practically anyone can walk in to the the lobby and use the lifts ..  |

| One more thing, I have contacted NasionCom and gave them the contact number of Galian Juta. They will get in touch with Galian Juta to try to make NasionCom's broadband services available at Juta Mines. Telekom tak boleh tunggu. If i am not mistaken, they only activate the line once the residential blocks are atleast 70% occupied. |

hmm..inspected my unit last saturday, ... too many defect, i bring along my cousing who work with mpsj (he inspected all new building before they give cf)...my cousing inspect thoroughly..pening kepala contractor...it takes 2 pages of my defect list, tiles kat dapur not properly installed, besi yang mau pegang fan pon tak installed, tv/astro cable not properly installed, window cannot open/close properly, ... alot la...senang cerita, they said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to repair the defect... , now i'm really mad with juta mines, not even free gift, at least give la grill for wet kitchen....
come on guys, let us form commitee, let's make our voice heard, if not galian juta will pijak our head |

aiiyoo...i dengar pun rasa macam nak pengsan...i belum ambil kunci lagi la..takut la..; you lucky ader somebody can help you..i takder siapa...isskkkhh...apa nak buat..macam mana nak buat report regarding the defect? tolong bagi tau.. |

| i'm taking package 2 for wiring, but in one of the bedroom, there is no ceiling fan holder eventhough there is a wiring for it. Besides that, look for paint finishing, especially ceiling part. My kitchen area, on ceiling, there is like a water spot (i ask the contractor is it because of leaking form floor above?, but he claim it's not....ask them to repaint it back, wall tiles (kitchen), knock each tiles to check whether it's properly isntalled. Normally if it's installed properly, the sound would be hard, but if not, it would sound like there's nothing supporting the tiles, believe me, less than a year, the tiles will start falling off. The plug installed so cincai one...senget here and there. I ask them to installed back. Plaster (to cover plug points gap) also so cincai.... B4 signing anything, make sure the water meter, if possible wrote down the meter reading as of the day u took the key coz, the contractor said u will start paying watert bill starting from the day u took the key. |

wow ...Next March/April ka.!!! So delayed. Last time signed SnP, they said August 2006. When august passed, they said october/after raya. When Raya passed, they said CNY.....
Now they said April/2006?!!! So many delays....
Is there anything we can do as a consumer to voice our concerns or to protect our interests....anybody knows..!!??? |

hmm so many problems...I hope that juta mines management to be good in maintenance, its realy important.
I have inspected my unit early november...now have yet to complete...kalau mcm ni dah tahu sudah mesti tak bagus |
