| firstly u have to pay about for my unit 901sft, rm 500+- for water & electicity deposit & another rm 500+- for deposit for maintenance charges.... |

What im arguing with developer is they have already ask to pay maintenace charges starting form october this year, as standard for the developer requirement...liability & the cost of the maintenance should be under developer responsibility until they get get the CF....block A owner should complaint!!!  |

one more thing please remember, this is very important....liability of period is 2 years, should fully under developer reponsibility...many developr neglecting this thing!!!!  |

| i macam malas la nak pindah juta mines ni...i tak rasa macam condo la compare to my current apartment (not condo) at jalan puchong Sri Jati Apartment here. i rent here RM650 with nice and big swimming pool (u feel like at the resort), nice playground ( bigger than now), got 1 big place for BBQ and 2 small BBQ place ( juta mines only 1 small BBQ place), 1 big hall and a lot of guest parking and outside got a lot of place for people who got more than 1 car to park...i thought condo shall be nicer and bigger...i think want to sell this condo la..very very dissapointed.... |

very-very-very agreed with u ridzar, i pun dah buat loan baru untuk beli my 2nd condo dekat b.jalil, i rasa nak tinggal situ saja...i rasa nak jual my unit at juta mines...tapi rasanya la kan, mesti takde buyer....  |

so sad la...i tak happy sebab condo ini terlalu mahal dan macam harga tak match sama what we need in condo facilities, i hanya suka lokasi area ini ..terlalu senang untuk my wife for transportation, sebab depan highway ni, ada jambatan dan bas stop...i got no choice baru pilih sini... |

| ^, ^^, ^^^ .. come to think of it .. is the project really a Condominium project or is it a apartment project with the term 'condominium' in its name. .... it sounds like Apartment JutaMines Condominium. |

dont be so sad my friend...for me its ok on the condominium itself...only the point is their bad surrounding, there had a several times im bring my to see the house...u know what they said haa....."ehh aku banyak pelik laa punya banyak condo at KL bagaimana kau boleh jumpa ini tempat" aku manyak sedih looo....  |

People should feel happy to get their new house...but im feeling a little frustrated... . Just check with bank, maybe i'll be buying another house at B.Jalil, overthere place much-much wonderful...but maybe ill be staying at juta mines for a moment.. |

same to me takumi...mau tak mau i have stay here first for a few year before i sell it...but so sad la..what to do...if i got money i just buy the completed and nice condo..lagi senang.. |

yeah..agree with u guys, i thought will be happy, but when i go there last weekend and have a closer look at the condo, it's a little bit disappointed....my wife even think of sell the house and look for a better one...may be stay there for few years than only thinking seriously to buy a better house..  |

| I went there to have a look at the show house...not really keen to buy because front is single low cost house, left are shop houses, right is a factory, then further down there got 1 oxidation pool...really not impressive to me la..sigh |

UPM students no chance lah .. UNITEN/MMU maybe (they are richer mah :p ) .. there are three room flat/aparmetss in Bukit Sedang renting out at $350-400 .. with shops and eateries within walking distance (actually just next to the apartments/flats) and the eateries there sell 2 big pieces of fried chicken plus two vege for $3.
your best hope would be waiting for The Mines Wonderland business center to be erected .. |

As soon as possible...kunci taktau bila, bank dah release payment to developer...still waiting for the CF, they mentioned to me earliest maybe 1 month...tapi 3 bulan pon boleh jadi. |
