| checking back the last photo update .. the have actually completed 5 floors in 2 and 1/2 month .. not bad ... and the colour of Block A is exactly the same as the brochure ... (the latest brochure that is) |

found this, JutaMines is actually a joint venture with Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad. Dunno if that is good news or bad news .. no wonder in the Deed of .... no alcohol drink ...... yadda yadda yadda ...

i went to juta mines show house on last sunday (23/4/2006). thats is juta mines sell carnival. quite many of peoples there. i was so suprise, so fast, now the construction almost until 12th floor, i ask the management staff there and according to them, blok A will be estimate past to house buyer on August of this year and Blok B will be targeted finish by end of this year. i am so happy that because i see at least got improvement , better than others developer. and i heard from them rental on juta mines will be increasing also ( rm1000 - rm1300 ). if heritech condo rental around rm2.5k - rm3.5k, so will your think that ours condo near the mines around can we rent at rm1k - rm1.5k with furniture . i think that is no problem right???

i personally wont rent my own house for RM1K-RM1.5K  .. have u asked about the furnishing packages? but hopefully the wont so desperately rent out house too cheap to prevent 'donno whos' from renting there ... i am living there u know ..  |

good news, Galian Juta is sending the furnishing package brochure to purchasers in 2 weeks' time. However, the actual units will only be available for viewing in Julai as the corridor not yet done - reason given by Galian Juta  .. |

will galian juta send the furnishing package brochure to purchaser by post ? or we have to go to show house and check with them?
whatabout all of u? any comment on this? will ur take the furnishing package from developer directly? |

called jutamines lagik and was told that the furnishing package brochure will only be out latter next month . 
on getting the package thingy .. it depends whether one can pick and choose what they want and what they dont ... because if one already has a TV, freezer or a sofa set for example, he or she would probably not want to have another set well thats me lah .. rich people may want everything new in the new house, new furniture, tv, aircond, wife/husband .. everything new lah |

i went show house this afternoon & asking for the renovation & furniture package for early buyer. according to your last posted message, developer will come out few package for renovation + furniture cost. but i check with the sales guy is it the package will comeout & let early buyer select whether want to take or not... ermmm they look like dont know la...
is it i look for the wrong person? normally, who u refer to? u direct ask management staff or sales person? if anything news & update, pls post here & let us know :

i spoke to william at the management office .. went there yesterday and found that block B is already in its 12th floor
