| well thliow.. dapat furniture nice... but klau dapat cheap furniture.. kalu broken u kene bagi tau galian juta cepat ler... replacement... but harga unit mahal then dapat furniture in return.. sama la macam tak payah bagi furniture tuh.. coz harga rumah jadik murah skit... furniture yang dpt tuh pun entah2 tak sama cam dalam show house.. well.. watever.. i dont like the balcony heheheh |

hehehe memang ler cantik 8-8 tuh.. but only to people yang believe in numbers.. well.. i dont like the balcony so much... and i hope galian juta wil not be like his mother company TALAM... and the blr dah naik... wel... not for house now.. hhehhehehe |

i beli kat blok b 8-6, semasa i beli mana ada fully furniture....tapi, kalau u kira balik unit sekarang ,harga unit dah naik but u get fully furniture, if really all the furniture as like show house sekarang...ok la...cantik betul tak? kalau semua furniture yg galian juta bagi cheap - cheap barang...apa comment kau? |
semua rumah sama interior design ... funny looking lah  |

balcony memang ganjil sikit .. terlalu kecil lah. letak dua tiga pasu bunga dah penuh. Tak tahu untuk tujuan ape ia dibina. untuk penghuni keluar dan pandang kolam kot .. |

i ingat nak tarut tilam kecil kat balcony, then malam tidur kat balcony sebab unit i face to lake view...wah ...enjoynya tapi balcony terlalu kecil  |

my unit oso facing the hill one lah  .. anyone know if the corridors are covered or open.
n has anyone spoken to the management about applying for fixed phone line. i am amazed how some apartments do not have fixed telephone line even after a year living the apartment, i hope that wont happen to Jutamines  |

i really hope that what u said won't happen to jutamines condo. as i did research from internet, galian juta is using singaporean construction, i think anyway also will be better than others contractor kan? kalau can get CF, defenary apply for fix phone line should be no problem...for some of the apartment yg tak dapat apply for phone line, i think their management tak de kerja betul-betul ataupun tak de try to help penduduk apartment to apply langsung, zaman sekarang kalau telekom cakap taman or kawasan u tak de telephone supply, orang luar dengar or tahu, mereka akan rasa penduduk sana tinggal kat hutan , telekom also should be aware on this ... |

i cant apply for a telekom fixed line because the apartment address is not in Telekom's system. hell now i have to applied for Jaring's Wireless broadband internet ...  |

Block A dah tengah buat bumbung and tengah cat. harap-harap dah siap Block A, siap crane boleh pindah ke blok B. Tiga crane serving satu blok, mesti cepatnya  |

the galian juta people said yes .. anyhow .. i just read through the S&P and everything .. noticed that in order to carry out reno .. we need to pay a deposit of RM5K ... what do u guys think about that ... |
