=> Talam owns Galian Juta.

just hope that galian juta doesnt inherit the controversial side of its mother company...

ironically.. the sales guy did mention something about the workmanship of Talam (-ve statement)... hmmm.. confused... Confused
quite a shock to find out that it's their mother company... Mad

needless to say .. i am totally FCUKED !!! Talam is the "Proton" of Malaysia Property sector .. Cross my fingers and hope Galian Juta IS NOTHING like them ... now i have to double check everything with Galian Juta .. the building material forexample and acquring profesionals help in checking my unit after its completion .. my friend's got 1 unit apartment at ukay perdana - project stopped almost 1 year, i hope it won't happen for our juta mines here Smile

perghhh... ayooo nasib baik sudah cancel beli umah...
by the way if i'm not mistaken.. kalu talam ler.. umah kalu murah tuh memang tak elok.. tapi kalu mahal.. talam buat cantik2...
tak aci ler galian juta letak nama mcalister dari s'pore tuh wa.a..a.a..a.a.
sim.. pk bebaik.. sapa2 yg dah sain snp tuh.. check cepat..

Very Happy hi...u rasa condominium juta mines bole siap bulan ogos 2006. What do u think. Last week i pegi tapak projek dan i lihat hanya blok A yang progres bagus. Blok B masih diperingkat awal. Any comment ? Rolling Eyes

belum tahu lagi lah .... blok A dah 19 tingkat (semuanya 20 tingkat). Lepas siap blok A, boleh concentrate building block B .. Hopefully they can complete the construction by then. DO you see Heritage and Eastlake ? Their expected time of completion are just couple of month earlier (eastlake) and later (heritage) *sigh* Confused

hi.. just discovered this forum yesterday
i actually bought a unit; Block A @ level 9 way back in 2004
tried to got some info on the developer back then but couldn't find any except from United Engineers website
it's a relieve to read some good reviews on this project
but the TALAM things is worrying me

anyway.. anybody from level 9? hi neighbour.. Smile

Hi Sim Laughing Nice ur pic. Rajin u yer.. Can u make some comparison between heritage....juta mines and eastlake.why u choose juta mines? is it because of the location....price....layout plan...developer etc....?

frankly one cannot compare juta mines to Heritage and Eastlake. The latter two are high end properties and the price difference is TOO signifance .. me fresh out of school and need a place to stay to temporary stay and study here. since Jutamines the only one that looks decent and that i can afford Laughing . I was looking for a studio unit but Heritage salesgirl told me the <>400sf studio units are price from <>RM180K Shocked . on the location, i study in UPM ... its soooo near to the campus
