u letak berapa banyak deposit? biasanya deposit tak boleh dapat balik kan? kalau kita cancel? |

ohh... finally ade gak orang2 lama post.. korang nih buat apa tah..
andy.. hehhehe kita customer comel punyer.. so delay cam mana pung okeh jek wahhahah...
majid brape byk deposit? bukan RM 100 tuh jek ker? kamik pay RM 100 from June till now tak pay apa2 gik..
semalam syuen carik till 10 pm nak suruh sain letter accept loan.. hehhe rajin ah awek tuh.. bukan cam hampeh HSBC tuh Yazid..
oh sim dia ade bf dah ler... he works as an evaluator..
okeh guys.. weekend nih ade mapex kat.. mid valley kot.. cya there |

yup.. mmglah rm100 je... tapi before this..
dia kata just put rm100..
if dont want..then we'll refund it back...
so i pun letak je la.. coz he said can get it back if dont want...
but look now what happen...
not that i nk bising about rm100.. tak kisah la...
but if from start he said will burn if cancel... then i tak kisah la pon...
just dissapointed wif their promise... n integrity...

I tak settle lagi loan. Shuen tak layan I sgt .. bizi layan raviera kot. Korang ambik 100% loan ke? looking at that, most probably tak de chance nak dpt +ve cash flow. Again it depends on individual's strategy. Majid u dah jumpa dah tempat yg u berminat? |

ade soembody from uob call... dia offer first year 1% then 2nd year -1% then thereafter kalu tak silap.. 0%.. kira2 kalu amik loan RM 150K plus MRTA for 25 years. pay bout RM950 monthly... lagik mahal dari loan syuen

emmm.. so far syuen memang rajin cari i so kips jgn jeles hehhehe
i amik bout 90% loan.. so tak yah bayar mende ler.. dapat duit loan nanti pay syuen nyer lawyer.. heheh |

hi.. my mom just moved in to the new school exactly opposite the mines. The school was supposed to be name SK Sg Besi Indah (will open on January 2006), and she got a quarters inside the school area....
u know what, the road there is so noisy and loud.. even after closing the balcony and windows, we still cant hear clearly our conversation. waaaa... that road really killer man, plus the contruction work now in progress.
btw, i wonder how students from the mines side gonna cross the road... scary mann..... no jejantas at all... |
