signed oredi ... Paid RM180 for the S&P .. Loan agreement postponed last minute ... waiting for a letter offer that is better than SBB's conventional loan ...
I took few pictures (one of the super hightec 3 tier sg besi/balakon traffic) with my cheapo motorola handphone. Will post them on monday .. but to ease ur curiosity .. for block B .. i saw 2/3 floors above the showroom land level.
Unit B-5-10 - no ekor no. is 2510  |

i have signed & agreed my bank loan with 1 of the bank. from my signed date to now almost 3 weeks time. from lawyer side, they still havent call me to pay the loan agreement stamp fees.....how come it take so long? anybody have finished this process?
can anybody tell me normally after signed the agreed letter loan from that bank, by how long will the lawyer call us to settle & pay for the stamp fees? |

i thought u are suppose to pay them without them telling u ... as for me .. they sent me a letter telling me the ammount to pay .. and its our responsibility to call them and ask for bank account no. etc . do give them a call ..  |

i already paid downpayment rmxxxx + rm180. now i am waiting for lawyer to call me to settle my loan stamp fees...because according to the uob gal & my salesman, lawyer will call me to settle the loan processing once my lawyer side settle or ready all the things. maybe ur salesperson service better than my salesman...i am very unhappy with their service...  |

saturday 27/8/05 is brain storming day for me n kips hehhehe met kips hehe.. sim how come i didnt see u meh? i ate satay besh....
ok... sim.. d floor u tengok for blok b is merely the parking.. i did ask the sales person .... confirmed triple times hehhe...
andy... my floor tingkat lapan jugak.... and so cantik... i sayang nak bagi dekat orang... so i think.. after long fikir.. i'm gonna sign d S&P but wait for syuen punyer proposal... syuen rajin betul la datang.. dengan beg besa n pencil case dia hehehhe selalu drop her pen
RM 180 for S&P.. then loan dalam RM1400.. n thats it.. oh ye early bird promotion heehe
so sim.. nanti i datang tingkat 5 ok hhehhehe u boleh lepak umah tingkat lapan wahaahah |

kips beli umah tingakt 3 depan pool so suruh kips buat bbq... ade tempat disediakan... kalu ikuu S&P tuh ler... then sim, me andy n mk kot leh lepaks 2 heheheh tengok pool...
eh tapi kan.. matahari panas petang ler .... so sapa facing pool memang kene matahari petang ler... perghhh dapat tengok matahari terbenam... senang bukak posa heheheh |

raviera .. i tiba kat showroom pukul 2.30pm .. I ade nampak dua orang sorang laki-laki sorang p'mpuan lepak dengan Shuen kat meja yang hujung sekali... i pun tertanya-tanya sama ada akan jumpa geng Realestate.com dua orang tu U ngan kip kah ? . Shuen ada sahut i . Dia panggil i Mr. Sim.. (hmmm tua lah bunyinya).
ok lah ... kira orang satu blok .. ade perjumpaan blok, mesyuarat luluskan 'resolusi' kah .. kita sokong each other .. ... yeah kita bina kita punya tribe ... 'and lets see siapa outplay, outwit siapa .. .. macam survivor lah pulak..

Wei, ape tu lokong longkang lamchoi lamchye aa? hehe. Sorry friends. I outstationed since Mon. Just balik today. Terus check this forum as riveria (sp?) promised to post something. Anyway, signed the snp. 3rd floor aje. After signing, no fone calls from Galian Juta or banks since today. I think within 2 weeks we need to settle da loan agreement (or loan selection).
Since Raviera has changed her mind to buy the condo, then currently, we gonna have her,sims,andy and me as members of juta mines in realestate.com. Anything pertaining to the condo or any real estate matters, can discuss as a group laa.
ok guys, feel really tired today and need to take a nap. Happy MERDEKA day! BTW Raviera, ur lokong ensem eh..heheehe. |

curious about the colour of kondos, apartments here in Malaysia ... why the first few floors must be different from the upper floors ?
for those who do not know about the plans for South Lake Mines, there will be high end, super hightech and luxurious medical center (The Care), >3000 seater multi function theater (The Amphitheatre), business center, super luxurious bunglows, more high end, shopping center etc .. all these will be translated into needing plenty of workers/managements and therefore possible room renting ....

andy u really should call them ... either William or the lawyers, Galian Jutamines can request banks to make the first dispursement anytime. We all want to avoid payment delay penalty. u should have already received ur stamped copy of both S&P and loan agreement. My lawyer told me, they would only take one week to get the documents signed by Galian juta in one week .. |
