hi guys,
i've been reading the whole 10 pages of this Juta Condo.
Just booked yesterday, pay RM50.....for booking...
have to pay bal. RM950 if confirm.
i think i feel the same as u all laa... nak beli ke tak?...beli ke tak?....
booked the 9th floor... hope can see some tasik...hehheheh...

i ingat nak rm5k to pay for downpayment ? so cheap for booking fees? r u bumi or non-bumi? how much the unit price at 9th floor? |

hi all.. sorry.. been bery busy past few days... fuhh.... atlast.. course i organized finish.. fuh... very exhausted one..2 weeks course...
hmm.. raviera..raviera... still kompius??? or fuse sudah terbakar???
i dah lama padam... hmm... for me... buying house.. when i'm really absolutely sure... the pros n cons... if ur alredy 50-50..then i dunno...
anyway... the flyover can see progress quite ok... hmm.. hope they'll be no more jam in that junction anymore soon... |

bother, i know la...booking fees is booking fees...downpayment is different, what i meant is rm50 can book 1 condo? so cheap....when i bok that time, the seller said booking fees at least rm100... |

the junction flyovers are expected to be completed the same time as JutaMines .. the flyover near the lake (exit to Sri Kembangan has already been completed .. |

anybody here has signed your S & P? i already agreed to sign with 1 of the bank & signed the loan agreement 2 weeks ago...this is same as i signed my S & P on 2 weeks ago... now , i already receive my S & P agreement. But, from lawyer side, they never call me to pay for stamp fees & processing fees. according to Galian juta, lawyer will call me to process all those things. i starting feel that not happy with their service...so slow...before buy , everything talk nicely....after did all the payment..... not so happy....... |

sim... wat bank u take for loan? how much ur loan? brape lama bayar loan? how much ur harga rumah? sim... if i sewa kan rumah tuh? brape u think d sewa can be? if i sewakan room, how much per room?
my house RM170880, after disc.. tinggal RM148+ plus MRTA so total loan RM155100.. then kene pay RM 940 / month, for 25 years.. em.. u think boleh sewakan ker umah tuh sim? plis help me...
tak nak beli sayang laks... number umah cantik... hehe.. then discount dapat banyak.. pastuh sain S&P tak yah baya apa2... ish.. sim.. lei pong ngo .....

so can finish in 17y.
House price - RM136*** (Type A small one lor)
U can try to rent it out for RM850 but don't pay for the maintenance fee. let the tenant pay ... |

hi raviera...
coz the area NOW doesnt give good rental yield is why i cancelled my booking... but if it was really for own stay.. then that wouldnt matter much...
but dunno what will happen in the near future..maybe in 2-3 years time... maybe with all the facilities in place... maybe the average rental rate will go up.... who knows... it may become an exclusive area... |

5th level 6% discount .. not facing the swimming pool (facing the hill) RM151880 - 6% = RM142***.

SHL have a lot complaint on property maintenance. Chicken & egg issue. Therefore, SHL have poor image on property management.
Sg Long UniTAR is a temporary campus. There is a risk to invest in Sg Long apartment. May be is another ... case. Unless temporary campus become branch campus.  |

Thanks kychong for the info on UNITAR. I was interested in Sg Long area once, but it was not my area.
Anyway, Riveria, beli laa 8-8 byk ong laa. If u dont want, and if I can get the early birds discount, can u transfer the unit to me aa? Can u ask the salesperson? My unit is type A facing pool, 3rd floor. If you beli, then can santai2 n hv bbQ by the poolside..ahaha.Ok waiting for your decision. I'm planning to sign the snp soon. |
