heheheh u can understand japanese ah kips? hehehhe
okeh just got a call from juta mines... asking when am i free to sign d S&P .. n i ask her how much should i pay for deposit n all... she said "because u r one of the early bird, got 13% disc so no need to pay anything"... ah really ah? then i ask y my fren all must pay RM 1k deposit an all... so she said.. "maybe ur pren not d early bird and maybe not bumi" so i said like that ar? okeh ah... so.. when i have free time i'll go hehhe okeh cya guys.. nak kursus ... kat grand blue wave yee haaa  |

i need to pay 4% - RM6K  Downpayment ... i can become a bird too ... an early one soooooo that i don't have to pay anything  |

hi guys.. baru abis kursus so tiring.. okeh i was thinking... wat if i tak amik this condo... coz i have so many things other nak pay.. the timeshare..
now i live in rawang... then every day i balik mesti ade part time.. if i pindah to seri kembangan... lokum (part time) tak tau dapat ke tak.. taip timeshare nak pay.. rumah nak pay...
so.. sim.. my unit number is B8-8.. nice ah.. u wan or not? anybody want? i can give... heehe
want ur opinion.. thanks |

andy.. blok b dah banyak dijual... coz the promising so called lake view/ poolview.. but honestly dont think any lake can be viewed hehe
any1 interested with number 8-8 before i tell them i dont wanna buy that unit?

How much is the selling price? If I buy it, do I still get the discount? I really dont know much whats the status of this project. Sudah siap ker or still under construction? If yes, when is the completion date? Oh dear..banyak soalan lah...

heheh so many question so i have to quote.. okeh.. nak dapat discount or not.. tak tau.. but if u r bumi... so dapat ler 7% discount instead of 13% disc yang i dapat.. tapi tak per number umah cantik .. banyak ong "the chinese said so" correct ah sim? sim? oi sim? hehheh
umah belum siap dijangka ogos 2006 siap.. then nanti siap ler heheh
beli ler noor.. cantik nyer number i bagi tuh.. ramai chinese nak number umah tuh .. betul tak tipu |

heheheh majid.. pegi kursus so tiring... but ade masa nak think bout future.. if i amik umah tuh.. kata ler kalu nak sambung master nanti dapat kuarters.. pergh.. kuarters kerajaan besh.. besar gila... so.. umah nak baya.. mende lain nak baya... tapi kalu lepak kat rawang.. tetiap minggu ade jek keje.. ehehehe.. dapat ler extra skit.. nanti kalu sambung blaja mana nak cari extra... so.. susah gak woo... uit sim? wanna m unit number ahh? kalo samsung belajar ... u bolehlah tinggal kat Jutamines kalo u belajar kat fakulti perubatan UPM... Belajar dengan kerja tu bukan senang ... apatah lagi jikau dah ada family .... I belajar malam kerja siang ... kalo tak silap saya ... Master tu cuma perlu ambil 36 jam kredit aje ... Tiga kuliah seminggu untuk dua tahun ... habislah programme tu .. good luck ...  |

20-30% sold out (already sign S&P) but if u take a look at the booking chart, almost all of the units have been booked lor ... these are people like Majid and Raviera.... they are still considering their options ... |

| last month, i saw they still building car park on blok b, what is the status now? which floor are them building now? anybody know? because according from the developer, if they really do fast....2 weeks time can finish 1 floor... |
