bagus la kalau ada yg sampai tahap mcm tu so dat, management akan ambil lebih berat masalah ni. kalau tak mereka buat tatau je. i sendiri dh komplen byk kali sbb dorg ni bising sgt. on my floor, hny satu rumah occupied by this foreigner. tiap kali keluar masuk grill dia terbukak. menyusahkan org lalu lalang. skl lg i lalu grill dia terbukak, i'll use my own mangga and kunci lepas tu buat tatau. hahahahhaa..
abt the smart home. eeee... tension giler dgn cara dia pasang blk suis tu. tolonglah... mcm duduk kt kuarters dbkl je. i think rumah kos murah pun lbh cantik dari tu. huhuhuhuu..
and abt my astro. still mcm tu. management tanak buat apa2 sbb dorg kata takde org lain yg complaint, means astro yg ada masalah. astro pulak ckp signal mrk ok, n itu adalah masalah building itself. mangsa? i la.. bengang giler. i ingat nk pasang piring tu kt luar balkoni je klu tak setel jugak. huh. need to call astro again to verified clearly abt the problem.

We were having bbq and one of the anak syaitan come across dan bermain kat situ jugak, lepas tu pergi dekat dgn makanan kita dan sebiji mcm sedekah.
Emak dia lagi syaitan sitting there pretending duno..we called him to go, he still standing there and make some funny face, i mmg tak leh tahan lagi terus tolak dia punya forehead dan suruh dia berambus.
Then only he left..puas hati..i pun tak kira sopan lagi berdepan kat diaorg..

We dun mind if u sit in the pondok for the rest of your life, but budakx2 iblis dia org tu masuk compound bbq kita dgn muka selamba dan nak touch our food. Apa tak geram. 
For those who wants to have bbq soon, be prepared!

Yes..
I pun ada npk bahasa arab sini sana (seems wanna show they r hero here)..complaint seratus kali kat management mmg no use, as known, 70% from the rental come from there..so dia org pun diam je selama ni, berdepan dgn budak syaitan ni pun i tak leh tahan, apa lagi ngan parents mereka tu, mmg aku bom terus..

guards sudah kering air liur bagi tahu management pasal troubles and timbul. Management tak buat apa-apa pon. Management takut ngan mat arab ni kerana hanya 30% unit Tower B yand telah dijual. Management dapat income daripada menyewa kepada mat arab. Tanpa dia orang, susah lah management. harapkan management fee daripada 30% pembeli rumah untuk bayar cost management -:p ...
apa yang saya dengar ialah, ada antara mat arab ni belum dapat contract tenancy lagi.
so, i cadangkan management masukkan fasal-fasal berikut dalam kontrak mereka.
* Saya telah membaca dengan teliti serta memahami semua peraturan-peraturan yang terkandung dalam buku peraturan juta mines and saya akan mematuhi segala peraturan yang tertera di dalamnya.
I also, cadangkan management ambil poster anti pelacuran and letak is papan notis- bagitahu mat arab ni, pelacuran bukan sah is Malaysia and mereka yang ditangkap and disabit melakukan kesalahan itu boleh dihukum - ditikam dengan batu sehingga mati is khalayak ramai - .
Also, management adakan khusus sehari untuk membangkitkan semangat kejiranan, kekitaan akan JutaMines and menerangkan seterang terangnya peraturan jutamines. Semua ketua rumah dan/atau pemilik rumah DIWAJIBKAN hadir. Sebab selepas kursus itu, tiada alasan peraturan tidak dipatuhi.
saya juga cadangkan kunci dipasang di kedua-dua sauna - sesiapa yang ingin menggunakan sauna perlu melapur diri and guard akan pegi buka pintu. Pengguna tanpa pakaian (bertuala) yang sesuai tidak dibenarkan menggunakan sauna.

Mereka ni dah terlebih batas dari awal lagi..bcoz we keep quiet then they lagi jadi hero.
Complaint wif mgment wasting our time only, is good to set-up a rules as Sim punya idea.
Tipu je lah kata wife mereka, kan pompuan arab suka cover from top to bottom, mcm takut org pandang..luar je konon cover, dlm mmg no diff. with outside prostitude.
Their children bcoz parents is oredi bad behavior, then they juz took it for granted loh..become anak hero! |

i got this sms from sim yesterday - telekom line can be apply now. have to pay rm 125 + rm 10 for stamping. but we have to wait for streamyx coz the line is not activated yet.
btw, sim is off for 3 days. |

i registered tm phone line & the line was activated & ready to use on monday. And on Monday that day, i register for streamyx line line (rm66) package, according to telekom, our area streamyx service ports full. we have to wait, i think u will get the same problem also  so funny, PORT FULL , TAMBAH PORT LA, ADA BUSINESS PUN TAK MAHU, TAKUT BANYAK !!! |
