just to confirm what is your unit number ? I am at unit 10. I suspect at least one of the trap door inside the pipe is not working. I think i need to fine a cover with no hole? got ah - to prevent the smell from coming out from the dem hole! |

hari tu i pergi bayar maintanence fee. William pun schedule lah pasang smart home tu kat unit I. (hari khamis) Dia pun minta lah I ambil balik unit tu and installer datang pukul 3. Tunggu tunggu - William talipon kata tak jadi - pagi punya installation tak siap lagi. so dia kata - jumaat pasang - tunggu tunggu - batang hidung pun tak nampak :p
will take photo - 1 peti dengan key pad tu aje :p |

my unit is on the 1st floor. so far takde apa2 bau pulak. tp klu dr kolam kumbahan jutamines tu, ada la naik sekali sekala. hehe. means datang dari mana2 lubang kumbahan tkt 1 ke atas la masalah bau tu.
and tak aci skl lg. kenapa william tak bg pun i smart home device tu. will call him this monday. eh, dia kje ke? bkn nk raya dh ke? hehehe. anyway, incase i tak log in for few days after, i nk wish sim and others chinese neighbours GONG XI FA CAI. klu nk buat mkn2 tu, nnt ajak i skl tau. hehehe. |

Hi all, when is the committee thingy gonna be happen? Now, Juta Mines is a certified prostitute centre! everyday i saw prostitute ! wtf is goin on with all the Middle East ppl! when are they goin to stop.. dont they just stfu and sleep after 12am! its really annoying! i think i will start to shout during day time..they disturb us during night..let revenge during the day! argh!

I just received the maintenance fee for Feb together with the renewal car sticker for 2008 which we need to pay RM50. Just a piece of sticker cost RM50! i think this too much !! if the person got 2 or 3 car may be reasonable la! we already pay maintenance, quit rent, sinking fund, enough la...! last time my condo no need to pay anything!! wtf!! |

supposed to be free la, coz our car park is free...everywhere no need to pay the car sticker..only loss case then only have to pay laa..! really crazy la!! 
the management is trying to bully us!! they will try to introduce so many charges in the future that we never expect!! |

Hi everyone, I really need your help here... do you guys know the market price for some of the wiring work below.
1. new power socket point (conceal)
2. looping of power socket point. side by side (conceal)
3. wiring for each downlight.
4. astro cable
5. Installation of each light fitting
6. Installation of fan
7. Fan point
8. Water heater point
9. Aircon point
I think my contractor is chopping my throat off !!!

yes it is. dat rm 50 will validate until 2009 which means at the end of 2009 we have to pay rm 50 for 2010/2011. mmg tak sangka ada caj utk stiker sbb setau i kita dh beli rumah sekali dgn parking, kenapa nk kena caj for stiker.
anyway, i dh cek dgn a 1 forum site abt legal and also asked the management directly to form a committee. it seems dat the committee dat we shuld have will included the buyers and also the management. means dlm commiittee tu akan ada wakil dari pembeli/penghuni kondo and akan ada wakil dari management. akan ada juga mesyuarat agung dan perbentangan laporan kewangan and what so on. but our management still cannot confirm with us when are they going to set it. i alredi ask a few times. the answer is the like before we get our key.. hehehe. 'dalam masa terdekat'.
abt the foreigner.. i byk sgt komplen sampai dh tak larat nak tulis kt sini. haha. |

ada bbrp kedai lampu kt dpn komuter serdang tu. area tm point. i beli kipas and lampu kt situ, but i lupa apa nama kedai tu. sim ingat kot. or u can cek previous pages of this forum. we had mentioned the name. my hb install sdr sme lampu, but ada a few kawan kita kt sini yg gna khidmat kedai tu. they said its reasonable..
dont go to essenza. mahal. hehe. tak caya tanya sim. |

Maybe for some people that got a lot of money, they think RM50 is so cheap...but think about other people la...dont be so stupid, just pay whatever management ask to pay...we need to ask them what are the reason the RM50. that is our own car park!!! |
