utk 1st gathering i suggest kita buat kat tepi pool la.
kita tunjuk skt kt arrogant foreigner tu yg kita pun buleh

need to inform management.
last weekend i ada turun mandi pool. tgh layan anak2
tiba2 ada la 3,4 org arab ni, turun dgn pasangan masing2
yg tak nmpk mcm arab neither malaysian. lbh nmpk
mcm org thailand or filipino. and mereka pny perangai,
aiyohhh... tak sesuai sgt utk ditonton oleh kanak-kanak.
ini ke kes prostitute yg pnh kita bincang tu? and masa cuti
thaipusam hari tu pun mereka ada bawa lagi. klu betul
ini kes prostitute kita kna buat sesuatu la. i sakit matalah! |

Lol - i have an odd working time - our office is 24hrs - so let me know the exact date and time.
kedai makan kat depan tu okie lah. sri pandi or the 24hrs mamak stall no problem. Oh Daniel the guard will be opening a cafe with internet (should be hot spotz kinda cafe) in block A. It is in the process of renovation. The wife will be handling the cafe. opens 7am to 12midnight. Breakfast lunk and dinner - western style.
so see lah  |

anyhow - monyet-monyet Jutamines destroyed our pool last week. I think someone dropped something into the drainage area and broke the 'cover' or whatever you call it, to get the thing.
see attached photos.
i noticed the damages done and fearing for the safety of children who will be using the wading pool, i informed the security guards and a guard was sent to get the items inside the pool and put them beside the drainage area. An Arabic man, fixed the drainage area though not entirely because some of the drainage cover was broken and presumably thrown away by the culprits.
the damages - see however dangerous the situation is. children might step on the sharp items and hurt in the process. Only idiots will do such damages.
the pool fixer. masih ada harapan rupa-rupanya :p

I have had rubbish on my balcony thrown by people from upper floors. I have had cigarate buds on my balcony - i dont even smoke! i have candy wrappers on my balcony. i have had 1 cent coints thrown down from above and landed on my balcony. i mean wtf !! why dont throw RM100 notes!!

imagine i di tkt 1.. hahaha.. hari2 ada je bunyi bnda jatuh ke bawah. tap tup tap tup. huh.
last saturday i ada byr maintenance kt management office. william was not in, so i byr dgn sorg perempuan. nice lady. bkn miss kuan. hehe. anyway, sambil2 byr bill yg cecah rm 300++ tu, i tny jugak klu kita nk tubuhkan committee, ok ke tak. then dia ckp, mmg management ada plan nk tubuhkan committee dlm masa terdekat since dh ramai yg dh pindah masuk.
tau tak malam tadi ada sekumpulan org2 yg duduk borak2 kt area pool tu n gelak2 sampai pg? arrrghhhh. come on la ppl!!!! such a jerk la. dh 2, 3 am, u still can laugh like its still a light of sun ke? pelisssss la... i mula2 ingat hantu mana yg ketawa mengilai2. tatau sampai bila nk berdpn dgn masalah mcm ni. hari siang mereka tido, malam mereka hidup. rasa mcm nk beli hon je. so ppl, klu nnt tiba2 u all dgr hon mlm2 buta, i lah org yg bertanggungjawab. hehe..
anyway, hopefully the committee thing can help lepas ni. cuma tatau bila je commiittee ni akan ada. wakakaka... |

byr pulak deposit rm3k untuk renovation..
ntahlah..nak pasang plaster ceiling pun kena deposit..alasannya, kalo kontraktor i tak buang sampah masa kerja2 tu..diaorg akan caj kat deposit tu la..
so i ckp kat wiliam, caj rm500-rm1k sudahlah..
die kata ..no no nooo..well..terpaksalah byr..

paid my maintainance charges oredi
my cukai pintu is <>RM80 for the first half of 2008. |

anybody's master bath - lubang air - with smells like there are 20 bangkai gajah stuck at inside the water pipe ? i have complained this to the management and they said that they received few complaints on that and will look into that.
by the way - received by Smart home system oredi- the installer will come and install it tomorrow - the thing comes with buit in answering machine and is linked to your phone :p |

i can do many things - if you are traveling in another country, you can call your home - the smart home will pick up the phone then you can check messages (either phone messages (answering machine) or messages left by other people in the house (call mail box)
- if the smart home system is linked to electrical appliances - you can set the smart home to the vacation mode - the smart home will let turn lights on and off to make it appear as though that someone is in the house - thieve prevention - good for terrace houses for example.
fire alarm oso got
Door bell - once the door bell is pressed, the smart home system (key pad) and your telephone will ring. you can speak to the people at the door via the smart home keypad or from your telephone.
Intercom (internal) or with the security room (if linked) or other units with the same smart home system
