hi all,
just wanna share some GREAT experience during 1st week occupying Juta Mines. Ohh..seems like the Middle East community gettin' wild and large. We (Msian) become a foreigner once enter Juta Mines compound. There's ARABS..ARABS..ARABS everywhere. Not the sense of racism, but they live in NIGHT! thats the worst nightmare to all. If they're being NORMAL, well routine for every single human being..sleep when its late night..and they should SLEEP..not to loiter around pool area until wee hours! wtf is goin' on?! they're truly unconsiderate bastard ( sorry to say that )..futher single female who wanted to use the facilities ( pool )..all the hungry wolf eyeing around. And..the worse.. Saudi's flag @ balcony?! did anyone see 'em argue with prostitute..? argue for price..and why didnt stay longer as they paid the hooker ...not my day, i saw it! damn! there's children around..families, i hope it wont become one of the main target for prostitution in Balakong!

semalam petang pukul 630, saya bersama isteri saya pindah barang masuk juta mines, kereta i letak kat Blok B L3, i nampak ada 2 orang lelaki african berbual-bual kat sebelah lift. Tiba-tiba, seorang african tu menuju ke arah saya & nak tolong saya pindah barang. i cakap, tak payah, saya sendiri boleh pindah. Lepas tu, laki tu pula masuk kereta wira dia, sebab dia park kereta depan pintu lift. Dia tu tiba-tiba buka muzik banyak kuat & goyang kepala sambil dengar muzik. i terkejut kenapa orang ni macam tu.... i memang rasa, kalau saya group lelaki african kat sana, i tak tahu la apa yg akan berlaku.
Kalau management kita tak control orang ni & masih angkat orang yg "something wrong" ni masuk... i pun tak tahu kondo kita jadi macam mana masa depan...  |

huh. i dh buat komplen byk kali ttg hal ni pada management. skrg ni blh consider kurang sikit, tp klu nk tgk havoc, its on friday nite. mereka akan bawak anak2 masing2 dan berlumba2 untuk pertandingan jeritan siapa paling kuat. masa tu i boleh jadi gila. once i fikir nk jerit dari tingkap blk rumah i sbb bising sgt! and its alredi 1 a.m!! imagine sakit hati ke tidak.
skrg ni i fobia tgk arabic. rasa mcm skt hati sgt. tp one day masa kt kedai runcit at L2, there is one arabic guy having problem to talk to the laundry lady which happen to be an indonesian. so from blok a he go to L2 in blok b just to find a translator. so unlucky, i was there. he asked for my help and i just to sick to look at his face. hehehe.. but anyway, i'm a malaysian. malaysian ppl like to help other ppl no matter they were mean or whatever. and yes, i go to the laundry on the same floor with management office and help him.
on the other day before, there is one of them came to the kedai runcit, and ask the kakak at the kaunter abt using the condom, what flavor it is and a few embarassing question. i was beside him try to pay for the bread. he looked at me and smile and said 'why u must be shy? u do dis everday'. oh my god! the kakak eyes were widely open and i was shock. hahahhaa. if u want to put it on, just buy it and go la. dont have to be so proud that u were 'doing' it and tell other ppl abt it. stupid.
i'm so sorry for having so much komplen coz when its come to the arrogant arabic, i just cant stop. u know, as a resident on 1st floor, i alredi see a few function being held at the pool area, and its proven that malaysian still have budi bahasa. they were not too loud and sometime i never realise they were having bbq until i look out the 'big window'. so, to all malaysian redisent in jutamines, pls have a bbq on weekend nites so i can sleep in peace. hahahahaha.. |

The foreigner issue really needs strict monitoring. We need to set up committee to protect our families and rights. Even to the extend of getting UPM's HEP attention if necessary.
So far I am not satisfied with (1) the clealiness in front of the shop lots, anjing (which involve MP Kajang?) (2) prostitute and indiscpline of foreigners (3) quality of facilities such as gym room (I went there before, really bull shit)
Damn, I just got to know about the ayam thing from this forum. This is too much!! |

me too - the ayam and the condom thingy. how rude - pls lah be a little wary of people's culture ! can we report them to the islamic department ? well assuming that this people are muslims lah. Dunno if the local islamic laws cover non locals :p - i talifon JAIS baru tahu!
yalor the cleanliness of the shop - the first chinese restoran - too much lah. either renovate or close shop. Looks sooo dirty - lalu ke makan dalam tu! ish ish ish !
personally i dont think these are UPM students. maybe their younger family members. but then asuh lah betul betul!
i have a feeling that the woman (mom) feel that they are too inferior to teach their sons. That leaves the dads with the sons! |

the 1st thing we need to do to set up a committee, is to identified which hse is lived by the origin owner n malaysian. i dont know if the foreigner can be a member of the committee. this need cooperation from all of us to approach our neighbours. then, we can arrange a gathering (ye ke), n then to form a committee. i believe there is more arabic staying in blok b compare to malaysian.
as a resident that been 'abuse' of mental by those foreigner, i really appreciated if we can do this ASAP. hehehehe. after dat we can komplen abt the dog infront of the shoplot, prostitute (this will need evidence) and also the quality of services in jutamines. so, the question is, how do we start and when.. |

(3) The Body may sue and be sued in its name.
(4)
The Body shall comprise the developer and the purchasers |

hmmm..skrg ni kalau orang baru lepas swimming terus naik lift menyebabkan lift basah...apa la akan jadik kalau kayu2 itu semua da ditanggalkan...i tot budak2 kecik aje yg tak pandai nak keringkan badan before naik ke rumah..haritu nampak 1 keluarga semua pakai swim attire and basah naik ke rumah..aiyoooooooooo...tak ada towel ke diaorang tu |
