6 - Tempat cuci kereta - masih okay lagi - tapi makesure that people dun cuci kereta setiap tiga hari JUST because the water bill is paid by the management.

7 - sampah yang dibuang dari tingkat atas he lower ground - notis perlu diletak di papan notis mengingat penghuni akan penjagaan kebersihan. buang sampah dari tingkap atau balkoni adalah sangat TIDAK BERTIMBANG RASA - and we are all educated people !! let the residents know that.

what to do??? semalam i visited my unit kat blok B, i rasa ada orang kencing kat life. bau kencing teruknya.... i think after chinese new year, semakin banyak orang pindah masuk, kita no choice, mesti mahu create 1 committee. senang kita bring up complaint issues.

SEGI fresh market - go try it out - got fish, chicken, vege and household items. its like a 1/2 size Giant supermarket .. anyhow - the prawns are RM2/KG cheaper but not as fresh and markets that i usually go.

parking is still a problem - so walk people walk (or motorbike) - exercise mah !! opens daily from 9am to 10pm
If beli beras 50kg - dont walk ah !!!


anyhow - William informed me that the management has lay the cables for Telekom. So can go and apply for the line NOW !!!

i jmpa william smlm. dia ckp mmg kabel utk tm dh pasang. but tm belum dtg utk buat inspection. so, klu pg register pun, tm blm blh activate streamyx. but he said, all the problem should be settle by this year.

u all sme dh amek stiker kreta or motor yg baru? they caj us rm 25 for 2 yrs. i tak faham sgt mcm mna mereka kira caj tu. tp i byr rm 50 utk 2 kereta utk stiker 2008/2009. william ckp utk 2008 mereka tak caj, mereka caj hanya utk 2009 bagi blok b. nnt on 2010, kna byr rm 25 each car utk 2 thn seterusnya. anyone clear about this? i tak paham sgt. mungkin ada kesilapan dlm my explanation here. pls, get the detail from william.

motor stiker kalau yg pertama tak perlu bayar. tp kalau yg kedua dan seterusnya kna bayar rm 20.

maintenance bill blm dpt. according to william, blok b mereka blm caj. mereka akan hantar bill pada januari kot. insurans bangunan tu utk setahun kan?

i pun ingat nak apply for streamyx lah. tggu update pasal kabel sajalah. hopefully mereka akan nmpk duit sim cantik tak lama lagi. hehehehe.

if i already appointed people come to my house to install lights, do i need inform management & fill up form? after delivered the lights, they will spend 2 hours to install, so their car have to park at visitor parking right?
