Yes, William sed pencuri duduk kat tingkat 10 & abv (dun mentioned here lah) hehe..bagus jgn campak kat pool..terus campak highway.. 
SUI LAH ur unit...bathroom accesories seems same as mine, hehe..all from IKEA.
I saw u put shower curtain, is it fixed? in 1st bathroom?
how to post gambar ah? |

anyhow - please inform William on your kitchen renovation. i saw a notice at the notice board - the managedment posted several photos of concrete kitchen installation without the management's approval. The unit number was clearly stated and the notice was titled 'illegal renovation' |
alredi pay rm 3k to jutamines yesterday. then went to visit my hse. sedang sibuk dibaiki. hehehe. so i tak masuklah. hopefully lepas ni ok lah. malas nk marah2 lg.
sim, ur hse look nice la. n all the lampu, i suka. but alredi confirm utk pasang downlite kt living room + dining. bhgn kecik tu tutup bim. itu saja. its cost me rm 1760. ok la. malas nk pk lg. |

yalor - also from IKEA. shower curtain rod and shower curtain. 6ft from floor tile. fixed already. one screw each to fix the fitting. then put in the curtain rod  |

yalah .. no need susah susah. check V world lighting for all types of down lights, white colour, stanless steel .. semua ada. semua below RM15/unit i think :p |

and oh - air sejuk gila. i think i terpaksa lah pasang heater 12 tengah hari pun air bukan main sejuk
and oh. 12noon pun boleh tidur dengan table fan. kalo on ceiling fan . sejuk gila !! mungkin pasal i nya curtain. Cantik tak lah cantik sangat - satu warna tapi tutup cahaya bukan main lagi  |

smlm i pg kedai lampu. lampu downlite yg empat segi tu will cost me rm 45 kalau satu lampu saja, klu nk 2 lampu dlm satu set, rm 55 kot. tp tak abes jalan lg.
smlm call shahrul, dia ckp i dh boleh pasang plaster siling. tp hari ni dia confirmkan blk. hopefully ok la, then bdk cuti sekolah this nov, boleh la pindah :p. hehe. |

Oh is it..klu sejuk memang best, water heater itu 'compulsory' lah, mak aku sentiasa guna..
Hey sim, wanna ask..all electrical fittings u ask essenza pasang ke? then those bathroom accesories pun chaj kah?

one more thing..u nya bathroom light..is downlite kan? so how they do it, put a hole on the papan ceiling kah?
house clean-up - done by essenza? $50 termasuk sabun, pencuci?

electrical installations were all done by essenza. the fittings were done by my friend - the kitchen cabinet guy lah. free of charge :p |

yeah yeah dah dekat satu minggu dah ... riang gembira hati I takya bayar rent rumah lagi. Deposit letrik air semua dah dapat balik :p but must say that my previous house owner was a good one. no trouble at all even clean the house for them after moving my stuffs |

yupe - both bathroom - downlight. they poked a hole on the ceiling and install the light. get the white coloured one if you can. mine is stainless steel - looks weird lah :p
house cleaning done by Jutamines' cleaners. everything pau lah. the mop the floor several times. |

i pny smarthome tak msk pun lg. smlm pg tgk, takpe apa pun. box ke apa ke, takde. DB box je mereka baru betulkan. itupun lepas beberapa kali i naik darah. sinki dh nk siap, hari ni akan msk wardrobe. esok i nk pg isi borg kt management ofis utk pndh rumah pada 17 nov. then will ask william to tell shahrul to settle all the defect sblm i pndh msk. means mrk ada 2 mggu utk siapkan defect rumah i.
defect tak siap lg ; frame tgkp blk ketiga, kunci sliding door, tiles dinding dapur, semua soket elektrik, dinding living room yang crack. i n husband decided utk drop all floor tiles punya defect. malas nk tggu n dgr alasan tiles tak sampai la, tak cukup la. infact defect tu tak nmpk pun mcm defect! saja je nk bg alasan lmbt siap! |

if sewa lori - makesure that you fill in the form at the guard house before hand. note that to enter the L3 loading bay - lorry height should not exceed 2.1m.
smart home system hasnt been installed. WIlliam said once the electric is properly installed, he will arrange for the installation of the smarthome system. installation should take no more than 6hrs |

i will post the phone number here. 2 manpower. 1 lorry three tones. Charges from Seri Kembangan to sri kembangan = RM170 (inclusive of RM80 for lorry) |

bukan Jutamines yang hantar orang cuci, you yang upah pekerja Jutamines untuk cuci rumah you. Dia orang akan datang pukul 12.00 - waktu rehat dia orang - RM50 untuk 2-3 orang |

oh ade orang buat khemah dekat pool lagi. macam ada kenduri hari sabtu.
one more thing, why do people swim at 11pm at night ?
and the other day, one middle eastern lady lose her baby at the pool. she was scarred - she went and seek the help of several other moms to look for her baby. she found the baby in one of the sauna room. |
