i tak isi apa apa form. cuma bagi tahu guard to lebih awal - jangan sampai borang untuk lori habis . :p
you kene pegi ke guard house isi borang - bagi tahu dia orang siapa yang akan datang bila and untuk buat apa. itu aje yang i buat.
dah makin ramai dah orang timur tengah yang i jumpa. Besok lusa - i pun pakai bas UPM pegi renew buku kat library UPM. boleh lah kenal kenal ya! :p |

segan juga lah. rumah without furniture lah. only kitchen cabinet. I will try to get my digital camera working again. buat hal pada masa yang kurang sesuai. mungkin i punya rechargeable battery dah meninggal dunia. kena beli baru. boleh UL semua gambar - buat macam katalog ikea - dengan harga and tempat beli :p |

yard - i pakai fluroscent lamp - dari rumah lama - tak mahu bazir lah. lagi pun siapa lah yang pegi you nya yard untuk tengok lampu :p
Kitchen i pakai decorative light - two glass layers with a round bulb. for the kitchen i am using a 28w white bulb - brighter. i also use the same light for main door, and entrance but different bulb - the philips oval yellow light.
For Dining two and bed room two also the same light as the kitchen but the bulbs are only 18w = white color. not as bright as the kitchen. for master bedroom - i am using the decorative 2 glass layers with three round bulbs. two same units - all six bulbs are 18w bulbs the round one that come with the light.
For third bedroom (my working room/office). I use the same three bulb light but i changed the bulbs to philips energy saving bulbs. The room is small but i use the three bulb light to have the maximum brightness and the energy saving light is because - i will the light 80% of the time.
for Dinning 1, a blue color hanging light with five yellow chili type bulb.
as for the living room - 1 pair of three bulb spotlight type decorative light. Similar to the one that Essenza is having at their Dinning 1 in their show room.
fan - Bayu at living and master room. i need remote contro for the fan that i why i picked bayu. second room is regular panasonic fan with regulator. third room wall fan
as for curtain. curtain trail all pasang oredi. problem i feel like the sliding door trailing is senget need to fix it myself.
My master room curtain is anti sun light type cloth. when i close the curtain. the whole room is frecking dark. i now can sleep until 12noon during weekends
bed room two - regular cloth curtain.
planning to get a roman blind from IKEA for third bedroom.
SLiding door still no curtain because i have not purchased any sofa. I want the curtain to match the sofa and tv cabinet and all. therefore still tak pasang lah.
all curtain are window size. will install curtain rod and another layer of floor length curtain in the very near future. Havent bought my bed room set yet. using the one from my old house - the one that i bought several years ago when i was doing my first degree at UPM .. parents come and nyik nyok nyik nyok only i buy furniture !! |

kalo sikit sikit aje - no cementing = tak ya le! dia orang buat wardrob and cabinet and pasang aje - bukannya kerat kayu ying yong ying yong at your unit. Half day one day can finish 0 should be okay kua  |

Tks Sim for all the info, really make headache if thinking alone.. at least wif ur help i roughly know how to do wif it..
I oredi went to IKEA last last Sunday, mcm semua nak di beli je..hehe..for kitchen opening, i intend to put wooden blind (mcm di IKEA).
Lamp & bathroom accesories pun i gotta buy from there loh..at lis got more choices.
Dun forget to post ur unit photo here ah..teringin ingin nak tengok lah. |

haiya. tak ckp masa i berjalan smlm. mana nk sempat klu pg pkl 5.30 ptg. hahaha..
i xyh tgglkan kad kredit sbb mmg takde pun! saja tak nak cari masalah. and somemore smlm pg naik motor je. so mmg tak boleh beli apa pun. hehehe..
anyway, i fikir finally akan pasang plaster siling utk main hall and dining area. utk downlite saja. my hb n i arguing nk beli lampu yg mana smlm. ada ke dia nk pasang yg bertali2 tu. oh no! so, we decided pasang plaster siling yg simple saja hanya utk downlite.
kitchen nnt mgkn ada few things yg akan i beli dari ikea. alah, railing n rack utk letak spices lah. then cawan2 comel dia yg harga rm 0.95 tu. eh, dulu yg ada tangkai tu hanya rm 1.90 kan. skrg dh rm 2.50. and then beli kabinet cermin utk blk air. havent decided nk beli yg mana. hahaha. then beli botol2 spices yg kecik2 tu. my mom mesti suka.
shahrul janji hari ni dia akan siapkan defect rumah i. akan cek esok. |

not panasonic bayu la..but branded also la...but so far no problem also after 1 year...buat apa mahal2...i pun tak follow org tu beli tu kita pun beli..kita pandai2 fikir la...tp kalau you byk duit, tak kisah la. |

my story, huh! so many of east asia ppl lah! actually, masa i sampai tu, takde org malaysia pun kecuali org2 jutamines. haha. rasa mcm i pulak yg pg arab. i ckp dgn william, tak lama lg klu i jmpa dia kt ofis dia akan greet i 'ahlan wasahlan,'.
sblm tu sbnrnya org yg nk pasang kitch kbnt dtg ukur sinki. i msk2 tgk apa pun tak siap lg. marah sgt masa tu. masa tu jugak i pg cari shahrul. cari pny cari i jumpa dia kt main entrance blok A. kt situ jugak i komplen. takleh tggu dah! then masa tu jugak dia pg unit i n tgk apa yg tak siap. dia janji nk siapkan ptg tu. yeah, right.... duhhhh!!
yg plg i marah skl, apek yg ptt siapkan rumah i tu, boleh ckp dgn muka selamba dia, i kna tggu a month lagi sbb i punya smarthome blm pasang habis! kt situ jugak i meletup lah! dia bg alasan itu kje org lain, dia tak boleh usik rumah i selagi org tu tak siapkan. what the hell. i ckp dgn dia n shahrul n ada a few maintenance staf yg ada kt situ, how come tak siap lagi. smarthome ni termasuk dlm pakej yg i ambil hampir 3 yrs ago! knp masa nk handover kunci, tak siapkan dulu! n somemore masa tggu cf yg hampir berabad tu, apa mereka buat? kenapa tak cek betul semua unit? kenapa nk tggu org dpt kunci, buat komplen then baru nak bertindak?
trust me, i'm so damn angry that day! mlm tu, i tggu open hse tu utk ckp dgn shahrul n william. sayangnya i takleh tahan. dpt jmpa william n bgtau dia, even kunci sliding door mereka tak tukar lg. frame tingkap pun sama. tiles tu cerita lain. elektrik pun lepas i komplen giler2 baru mereka nk pasang. i ckp dgn william, i nk pasang sinki this week. tak kira! he said will talk to shahrul. i said dont worry, i akan ganggu u n shahrul sepanjang mggu ni incase u lupa i pny komplen hari ni. he just smiled.
and oh, our friend sim alredi move in last sunday. and i utk kali pertama berada dlm rumah i pada waktu malam. hehehe.. permandangan boleh tahan cantiklah. tp permandangan cantik, hati tak senang pun tak ok juga. |

I can understand ur situation, sbb u dah lama beli, bagus u taruh dia org kao kao, klu tak..dlm 2 mths pun tak siap lagi.
I pun gitu jugak on last Sat. kan i kata nak p check i punya grille (dah siap pasang) then when i reach my unit, dah terkunci! i called william, he sed cannot find the key for entrance grille..tak tau contractor bagi kat sape time complete..lastly i ckp ngan william dah dapat kunci baru call i..nasib baik lastly dapat, klu tak..i terus bom kat dia org tau.
Then when i reached management ofis, ada Block A punya owner dtg tya william..betul tak ADA ROBBERY DURING RAYA. William sed YES! pencuri tu dari Block A, tenant! Dia dah survey all around then time raya dia buat kes. Sudah buat report..
I pun terkejut dengar camtu..thats means simply sewa bagi orang, senang je orang buat kes. Lepas tu terus lari..

anyhow - please inform William on your kitchen renovation. i saw a notice at the notice board - the managedment posted several photos of concrete kitchen installation without the management's approval. The unit number was clearly stated and the notice was titled 'illegal renovation' |
