weng ho just beside v world lighting infront of serdang commuter station. :p
i bought 2 bayu, 1 white regular panasonic and one panasonic wall fan (16').
RM230, RM145, RM130 = 4 units all together |

byknye kipas. i plan nk beli 3 bayu saja. the cheaper one i jmpa kat jalan pasar, but RM 235 la. nk pg tgk kt tpt u beli lah. |

i need to do the calculation to ge the approximate sft. Anyhow - kindly note that Essenza's price include workmanship - painting and also L-box where neccesary. If you get quotation from outside, the price of the L Box might not be included.
one more thing - the DB box - you need to check if its located between the entrance beam - if its in the middle - its difficult to do plaster ceiling because - if you put the DB box inside the plaster ceiling, it will be too low.

huh ? 4 empat unit kipas mana ade banyak. setiap bilik satu unit + Living = 4 lah. Dua bayu sahaja i pasang - master room dengan living room. Second room biasa tanpa remote control. third room - tak muat kalo nak pasang ceiling fan - so kena pakai wall fan :p |

Oh..i didnt know that the 3rd room tak muat ceiling fan..ye keh? klu betul, i pun buy wall fan je lah..i think i will ikut your style lah sim, 2 for bayu, 1 biasa & 1 wall fan..

Then how bout light fittings? U org pasang yg decorative one keh for living? Semua beli kat IKEA? If i cancel to do plaster ceiling..duno what to choose for living, dining & bedroom lah..
Sim, give some opinion plzzz..i tak nak yg biasa punya (fluroscent lamp)..
And one more thing, the kitchen sliding door i ada kenal contractor buat, same like essenza punya style..white wif blur glass, dia kira factory price for me only not more than $800.00, if u all nak join, i boleh suruh dia ukur sekali..harga pun suruh dia ikut i punya.. |

I oredi talk to essenza..ms. yap sed dining will be lower if wanna cover the beam and living will be a bit higher..than i think mcm aneh je klu height not same, if living ikut dining, than rendah sgt, nanti tangan boleh capai kipas..
Fikir fikir takya pasang nanti.. 
Klu tak pasang plaster ceiling,
Lampu cam mana? Brapa point kat living & dining? i dun think one lampu is enuf for each..dining can lah put one, living there must two at lis..

buat dome plaster ceiling for living and dining. down lights can be installed on the side and one decoractive light at the center. or you can install a decorative fan with light. v world got plenty of such fan. problem solved. you can also do dome for entrance or just big cornice. cover the two beams with an L boxes and another one diving dining and living ceiling - |

so expensive..I bought at the Far East (mines shoplot near the HSL), cheaper la...remote control fan less than 200. normal fan rm90..charges for light rm8 |
