and oh - curtain for master room and second room done already - but cannot install yet. let every finished first lah
and one more thing Telekom Malaysia gave me false hope. Went there to try to apply for the line - nombor pun dah pilih. then i notice - service address different than my address ... wah seh, the service address was in another apartment .. luckily i checked !!  they are doing follow up and will update me on the matter. Block B still no line yet !! |

its very dark - almost dark brown/blue .. get this colour if you can. it doesnt look too odd with the white colour ceiling like mine

curtain done (master and 2nd room. third room and living havent decided yet. curtain trailings are installed though. Kitchen cabinet is done except for the for glass doors. Will install them once the doors are done :p .
anyhow - all my IKEA items: glass shelf, tower rail, mirror, shower curtain rod and curtain, kitchen railing, kitchen sink, gas hob and cooker hood have been installed :p for free by my kitchen cabinet installer. Will post photos to give ideas. Nothing fancy - just practical ideas 
anyhow - my cabinet guy did my kitchen cabinet base wrongly - should be with aluminium 'legs' :p by now the whole cabinet touches the kitchen floor - i cannot wash the floor - just mop - didnt noticed that until they were nearly finished. Anything happen to the cabinet because i wash the floor, the cabinet guy will come and install the aluminium leg - i know where his factory and house is - so he must keep his promise :p
moving in this saturday or sunday with old bedroom stuffs - havent get myself a new set - maybe in time for chinese new year or maybe when i plan to get married lol ... |

last saturday pg juta mines. biasa la, bad story. main switch tak pasang g. i called shahrul and said i want it to be settle by this week. i nk pndh msk on sunday. i dont care! if not, next saturday i akan call them and ask them to settle everything. maybe buat mcm sim buat sblm ni. and somemore risau jugak pasal DB box tu. rumah i bawah skl, besar kemungkinan rumah i kna tau.
i also dh byr deposit for my kitchen kabinet. by the time defect siap, mungkin boleh terus pasang. they also give me complimentary frame utk kotak kt dapur tu. air cond pun dh abes bayar, tp tak pasang lg. i takut nnt kalau pasang, if anything happen, juta mines ckp i yg sbbkan rosak. so, tak pasang dululah.
furniture pun ssh nk beli. sbb klu beli mestila nk hantar terus ke rumah kan. tp defect pny pasal, apa pun tertunda. i marah betul! anyway, tumpang seronok tau sim dh boleh move in. and, thanks for the info for the lighting thing. i ada nmpk kedai tu hari tu, tp belum masuk lg.

takya cat. malas dah ni! essenza buat cornice pun warna putih lain daripada ceiling i. pening lalat dibuatnya! .. nampaknya kena suruh dia orang cat balik. ingatkan hari tu, cat masih basah = mungkin punca warna lain. ini dah empat hari - masih basah lagi ! tak boleh jadi ni!
you kena siapkan electrik, kalau tak you tak boleh buat apa-apa! you nak baiki defect pun susah kalau peralatan dia orang gunakan electrik! nak pasang aircond lagi. Masuk ke unit you, telefon shahrul atau apek tu, suruh dia hantar electrician SERTA MERTA!. electrician dia orang bukan ada buat apa-apa ! Grille dah pasang belum? gas stove dengan hood dah beli belum? |

saya pergi check my unit semalam, banyak lagi defect belum settle lagi, balcony main door kaca pecah pun belum replace. db box dah pasang, tapi lubang kat dinding yg dah ketuk belum tampar lagi....teruknya nampak.. i dah naik angin betul la, tak tahu bila tak boleh tahan nanti, terus pergi management office Gosok Sharul tu.... Pandainya beritahu i semasa fill up defect list, sure boleh siap dalam 3-4 weeks. tapi sekarang dah 2 bulan masih nampak sama juga.
tapi, i dah nampak orang pindah masuk tinggal kat sebelah i, i tinggal 8 floor blok b. |

hmm - i think you have to take a day off - go the defect office and get them to do it on the spot. Else, you wont see the defects done! there are just several units needed to fixed. What if they are more and more owners handling in the defect lists. Its better to get it settled as soon as possible. The staffs are doing nothing. I have been there almost every day. Its easy job if they want to do it! |

grille dh pasang. tp essenza ckp mereka tarik elektrik dr tpt lain. palang sidai baju pun dh pasang. i dh abes cuti. so, saturday or sunday saja la yg boleh pg tgk defect pun. i akan buat mcm yg u ckp tu this saturday klu tak siap jugak. hopefully mereka kje la on saturday. klu i sampai kna ambil cuti nnt, lg naik darah i, lg byk la i cakap. hahaha..
last saturday pun i suruh husband i yg ckp, sbb risau klu i ckp dlm keadaan marah, nnt menyesal pulak.  |

anyhow - people, apply telekom line secepat yang mungkin. Telekom cakap lagi banyak permohonan yang bagus. kalau tak, line tak masuk. Buat permohonan dulu, supaya line boleh masuk. waktu pasang line tu bila bila pun boleh. so i kira kat sini. Keday telekom berdepan dengan Stesen Komuter Serdang! Cepat cepat pohon!

hmm - internet wireless susah sikit lah. first wireless station tu mahal lah. if you use celcom 3g, you kena besi pc card lagi. bukan murah. lagi pun, wireless broadband untuk surf internet aje. kalo download tv serie - HANCUR!! i episode 3 bulan (24hrs connected) pun tak siap. I dah try Jaring wireless when i moved in to my current house. i tak tahan sebab download tak gerak - i returned the soho wireless station - i think RM800 over (7 days money back guarantee) then i checked their website and its stated that p2p (peer2peer) network is capped on Jaring's wireless services but not their wired services.
never mindlah i will bug telekom until i get my line - lambat laun, dia orang kena pasang juga line tu. Lebih baik pasang sekarang boleh dapat RM96 tiap tiap bulan daripada saya for nothing :p . |

So u r not doing the plaster ceiling rite? only cornice..is it? with essenza ke? I want to do simple plaster ceiling lah..juz flat papan and put downlight inside, thats all! do u know where to get plaster ceiling fellow except essenza? i cfm nak buat lah..sbb nak pilih lampu memang sakit kepala..bagus buat then pasang down light..easy
My grille dah pasang, JM inhouse contractor (nt essenza) diaorg chaj RM600.00 for balcony. Kitchen cabinet pun dah siap pasang..but i punya unit blum start defect lagi oh.. |

pak guard tahu i bagi kabinet untuk dipasang. William mungkin tak tahu lah. :p
meli = plaster ceiling tu i tak buat. harga pun setengah confirm. Essenza quote RM4/1sft. I punya supplier quote RM3 tapi dia macam nak tak nak aje. So i pun malas nak buat follow up.

Orite, i baru je called essenza suruh quote..nanti i post kat sini yeh..i nak yang dining sana sampai tutup beam, yang living sana tggi sikit..tu ari i ada p lighting shop kat depan komuter yg sim katakan..mmm..i nampak not many choice..jadi i p yg dekat sebelah toyota showroom sana, Cima Lighting.
Found out the panasonic bayu ceiling fan is $239, lbh murah dari yg lain..and workmanship is $10 per unit..workmanship for downlight $13, klu banyak lagi murah..water heater $75.00..
Wanna ask, klu water heater euro brand ok tak?
