and oh, managed to get some electrical items at cheaper price at senq because they sales person agree to take some commission reduction to give me a slightly cheaper price - cheaper than the senq Member price:
the items that i have quoted are
Panasonic aircond
Panasonic and Toshiba refrigerator
Panasonic ceiling fans and sharp wall fan (for third room)
Gas Hob and cooker hood
let me know if anyone is interested so that i can try to get cheaper prices with bulk buy :p
has anyone check Jaya Jusco's electrical item prices, I checked their website and some of their items are cheaper than others. Its 42in Philips LCD TV is RM3,000 cheaper than SenQ |

Second bedroom wardrobd - paling banyak pun you boleh buat 4 kaki because of the switch located just beside the door
Master bedroom, I suggest you buat 6 kaki sebab switch ada di sebelah pintu ke tandas. My bercadang buat 6 kaki and pasang papan IKEA untuk 1 kaki selebih supaya kita boleh capai swith. Papan IKEA tu cari sama patern macam wardrobe. lepas pasang, ia akan nampak wardrobe tu 7 kaki. Papan IKEA tu skru dekat dinding, cantik sekali rupanya 
so harga untuk second room. 4 kaki lebar full height (9kaki) - RM1,120
Harga untuk master room. 6 kaki lebar full height (9kaki) - RM1,680
Kitchen, 8 kaki ATAS and BAWAH bertentang dengan sinki = RM2080
Sink (tak termasuk sinki) 4 kaki = RM560
Kalau nak buat di bawah kitchen opening tambah 3 kaki : RM420 (L shape base kitchen cabinet)
Nak buat cabinet is atas Sinki - 3 kaki = RM360
RM5440 (tanpa cabinet bawah kitchen opening and cabinet di atas sinki
RM6620 termasuk cabinet bawah kitchen opening and cabinet di atas sinki
Macam mana you boleh dapat sampai RM18,000 ribu lah ?

maksud you solid surface ah? yang macam batu marmar yang ada corak tu ah?
Solid surface= + RM150 (maksimum) untuk setiap kaki. kalau nak buat sinki sahaja = RM600. I cadangkan you kalau nak buat juga - sinki sahaja lah. sebab work top tu memang dah tahan lasak. Pandai jaga boleh tahan 5-10 tahun. 5 tahun tu entah entah you dah pindah ke banglo kat Damansara :p
yang sink cabinet tu kayu, bukan concrete tau.
kalo you nak i boleh suruh dia dia bawa sample, I 90% suruh dia but I nya wardrobe. I dah pergi ke kilang dia hari itu. nun di hujung dunia kat

he lah. what time? - the period that he quoted me is maximum 2 weeks after confirmation. 2 minggu ialah PALING lambat lah. agak seminggu boleh siap buat dan pasang. Cuma sinki tu and gas hob and cook hood kena dapat awal sikit supaya boleh dapat ukuran :p
edit: contacted him - he said Saturday <>2pm should be okay. What about you? if okay can confirm a time - and get him to bring material sample for you to see. also kaler and surface patern. |
