| people = the walk walk (from main door and dinning area to the bedroom doors, anybody planning to do plaster ceiling at the two areas ah ? Feng Shui tak baik lah with ceiling ' popping up with a huge bar lah! planning to cover the damn thing by doin plaster ceiling. two downlights on the dinning and 1 for the entrance :p |

yah that will make thing look good - but what is the cost?? I heard plaster ceilling very expensive.. |

Essenza quoted me RM4 per square feet. Workmanship and paint. My other supplier is quoting me below RM3.5. Still waiting for him to confirm the exact prize.
Entrance ceiling: 3.5ft x9ft = 31.5 sqft
Dinning to rooms area (dinning 2) : (4ftx9ft) + (3.6ftx3ft) = 36sqft + 10.8sqft = 46.8sqft .
31.5sqft x RM4 = RM126
46.8sqft x RM4 = RM187.2
Dinning area: 9.5ftx9ft = 85.5sqft = RM342

essenza said that their quote for dinning 2 = RM450 because they also do a L Box for the beam. If no L Box, she said ugly wor :p |

hi,
i just came back from juta mines condo, visit for my unit, i have the same problem, the defect list has not been done yet, not even start yet  if they keep on delaying, is very not fair to us, because if we not yet move in also, we still have to pay for the monthly maintenance, and somemore, if they cannot settle the defect list, we cannot start to do the renovation also??? any idea?? i think we have to complain this to management? as they told us need 3 to 4 weeks time settle the defect list? |

That's why I said that you must always follow-up & push them. you must said urgently that you want to enter the house by next month. That Shahrul dia cakap byk saja...dont talk with him..talk to their boss or management. i experience before.. |

| If we submitted the defect list, meanwhile, can we go in and do some installing tak? As u all sed, if we keep waiting..then might caused everything in delay ohh. $ tetap kena bayar. |

went to jutamines last saturday to do the ukur2 thing for kitchen kbnt n wardrobe. yup. defect not even started yet. klu u all yg dpt kunci awal dr i, mereka tak buat defect lg, apa lagi rumh i kan. masa i pergi cek defect last week, william ada skl, dia ckp within 30 days mesti siap defect. so, after 30 days kalau tak siap, baru pg kacau mereka la. 
abt the plaster ceiling, masa pg bayar utk grille kat essenza, i rasa cantik pulak plaster ceiling dia. modern. takdela bunga2 sgt. . ada terfikir nk pasang plaster ceiling jugak. buat sementara ni i baru mintak quotation utk cornice je. bila dpt full quotation, baru decide nk buat atau tidak.
err.. kalau kita nk tukar soket dlm rumah tu kemana2 yg kita suka, boleh kan? curious lah. |

socket boleh pasang di kebanyakan tempat. kalo but plaster ceiling lagi senang, semua wayar sembunyi dalam plaster ceiling. I tengah minta quote unto 3pin socket, aircond point (above the kitchen window) dun wan to put at the balcony. the external unit would be very noisy when watching movie. with the aircond at the dinning area. no need kipas for dinning, external unit boleh pasang dekat yard. angin panas unit tu boleh kering baju ... sekali lastik mati dua burung (direct translation from English) dan oh, boleh pasang full height curtain untuk balcony sliding door  .. bijak kan .. kena tengok harga dulu lah. |

hmm. called William last friday. Will call again on wednesday and friday this week. management ingat, dah dapat CF and kunci dah boleh lepas tangan. Selagi i belum pindah masuk, selagi itulah i akan kacau dia orang the phone calls and surprise visit! |

u nk install apa? klu u masukkan sblm defect siap, i rasa akan ada byk masalah. shahrul said kalau boleh jgn buat apa2 selagi defect tak siap. klu u nk install air cond, u tak risau ke dorg masuk buat defect nnt? hilang ke, apa ke. who knows kan.
i plan utk pasang satu lagi kabel utk astro sbb i ada 2 decoder. sampai skrg pun jutamines tak bgtau lg. call byk kali pun mereka ckp masih cuba tgk apa yg i nak tu. will ask them again later. ada sapa2 lagi yg akan pasang 2 astro? |

lol astro. i ada piring astro ngan decoder ... uninstall my astro many many moons ago. got my free decoder from HITZ FM 
kalo boleh jangan buat apa-apa sehingga semu defect dah baiki. kecuali grille lah sebab pasang kat luar.
sebab? nanti you can buat second defect list, management cakap you are rosakkan waktu buat reno !!  |

ceiling fan most probaly from senq or HSL, will check regular electrical shops to see if they sell the them cheaper :p
lightings, the lights are not that expensive just the bulb. All the lights come with cheapo high energy consuming bulbs up to 30w. the energy efficient bulb from philips cost RM18 per piece. it is only 10w = three times less energy consumption as compared to the 30w bulbs.
living room, most probably will get a pair of the 3 bulb decorative light (RM60 each from Seremban ), another one for dinning. Should get single bulb lights (RM45) |

tu yg i tatau tu. i plan nk pasang 1 kt hall n another 1 kt dlm bilik utama. shahrul said will call us, but till now takde berita. i call astro, they said can be done by their technician. will cost me not more than rm 100. |

almost the electrical thing take from senQ. alredi jalan2 n i puas hati dgn senQ (a.k.a senheng).
rasa mcm nk beli dh brg2 tu semua, tp defect pulak tak siap lg. so, i stop dululah tgk2 brg ni. buat sakit hati je. |

| memang tak siap pun. William cakap dah mula. Jumaat lepas pun dia cakap dah mula buat. I pergi hari sabtu. Sehelai bulu pun tak sentuh !! I telefon semalam, dia cakap dah mula mesti boleh siap menjelang Selasa depan. selamat berjaya ! Meter eletric dah pasang dekat lift. Tapi main switch dalam rumah tak buat lagi !! |

| Defect ada kira 1st and 2nd kah? Like klu ni kali dah siap, if we check thru ada problem lagi, mcmana ah? kena tggu for 2nd time rectify? Klu ada ada je problem..then how? |
