what do you want to do with your TV? watch dvd or tengok astro ria?
Plasma is much more expensive and the smallest is 42in.
If you want to use it to watch tv, a 32in LCD would do. Plasma is best for dvd. If too much tv, LCD is MORE than enough. no need to pay too much for a plasma.
please note that LCD and plasma prices varies according to the native resolution of the tv panel. a 32in 720p panel for example can be bought at <>RM2.7K branded. |

for sliding door, the door does not bulge out when you close the door. for bi fold door, the when you open or close the door, you need certain free space to do so. if not u cant open or close the bi fold door. |

if you buy more than one item. especially the expensive ones, you can get further price reduction :p
talk to a saleperson. Mine is willing to reduce the price further 
Get the cook hood and gas hob. get the cabinet people to intall it for free for you
The Panny aircond is expensive lah. you can roughly get two airconds with that price you know lol |

Our internal renovator got do electrical wiring installation work ? anybody has ask before how much they charge for extra point? i think the original 1 or 2 power socket points in kitchen sure not enough for your, if put power extension, then not nice in looking  |

have not asked Ms Yap. She quote me the price of adding another telephone point though in the bed room though. RM180 for that. |

i tot so lah. but my husband cannot be pressured lah. hahaha. dia malas nk dgr org tu ckp itu ini, dia suruh letak saja deposit rm 100. heheh. can get 2 aircond for the price ka? what brand eh?
i ingat nk jln2 survey model utk brg elektrik saja. then maybe i should go to court mammoth la. takde org tail kita n pressure utk beli. my husband and i tak boleh tahan kalau mcm tu. and i also baru tahu yg senQ tu adalah senheng.
abt the kitchen kabinet kan, i go to essenza yesterday. but they didnt give any customer friendly look lah. i ask abt the package for type A, they just said that almost all the furniture will be the same as the showhse. but how come same if type C were sooooo big compare to type A. but the way they talk like want or not to talk only. i need the quotation but they seems like not interested on entertaining me. maybe i came on their lunch hour, or maybe i didnt look like someone who can pay them lah kot.
i also notice dat, kalau nk buat kabinet atas, we have to tmbh batu pada kotak dapur tu (u all know what i mean by kotak, kan?). sbb kalau u letak kabinet atas tu, dr hall akan nmpk tak cantik. i plan nk tmbh 1 batu each side (left n rigt), so the kotak akan jadi kecik skt. baru cantik letak refrigerator di sebelah pintu masuk dapur n gantung kabinet disebelah kiri kotak tu. klu ikut ukuran, dari pntu msk tu, dinding utk letak peti ais hanya 2.5 kaki. and seems dh dpt CF, i plan nk install terus kitchen kabinet tu bila defect dh siap (30 days after yesterday). so on nov, i boleh pindah masuk. masalahnya, we dont have any experience to look for the kitchen kabinet and we dont know where to start.
sim, utk bulk package for the grill tu, is from essenza right? count me in lah. i'll take the full package. errr.. the color of grill can choose kah? i want white one lah.  |

Dia cakap full package price memang yang kurang sikit daripada compulsory package. Compulsory package kira satu satu dan campur semua. Full package - sakli gus harga .. takde pecah - pecah. Kalau u hebat - boleh cuba tawar lagi .. But RM1850 for compulsory, + balcony, 3 tingkap, and bilik air okay lor |

Essenza dah rampas kunchi rumah saya. dia orang kata dalam seminggu boleh siap pasang.
the defect list ,so long when u collect ur house key already settle ker? if not yet settle, how to install the bulk grills? kan some of the window cannot close properly? if they install the grills, how to fix the window again?
i went and check my unit on last week, they not yet start to do my defect list as i had collected my key on past 2 weeks... |

i kalu boleh nak grill kan all the windows too - how much ehh
really headache la nak reno new place - had to think design, match, and most of all price... (dah la gomen tak kasi bonus ...  ) |

aiyo jangan lah beli barangan letrik dari net. Malaysia belum sampai standard tu lagi :p
HSL tu ade dekat Carrefour sri petaling. saya rasa ada satu dekat deretan kedai selepas Mines and sebelum Jutamines. |

Cannot put warna lain lah kecuali cream colour, kena ikut balik the colour of balcony. Habis lah klu ah soh ni nak merah, pakcik tu nak hijau, berwarna-warni pulak bangunan tu.

i went to essenza juz now, their price for the kitchen sliding is RM1600++, kill me for that man! i ingat i boleh dapat dalam $800-$900, same as the essenza show unit punya lah..aluminium frame, blur glass, total 3 pcs, 2 pcs is movable.
As for the kitchen basin concrete table, dia orang chaj RM945.00. But no cabinet down there..onli the TABLE. Basin bowl kena beli sendiri lagi. Quite expensive lah..anyone has a quote on that?

rm 1600 just for the kitchen sliding? wow. i tak sangka pulak semahal tu. mmg nak kna cari kat luar jugaklah utk compare all the prices. but then nak kna letak dpst rm 3000 pulak. haiya. cost so much money lah. no wonder they called it jutamines. |

1st i tot is a standard size, than they quote on 1 pc of door only..now this is 7'x5', kena pakai dua pintu pulak..double lah tu..
