Guys, u all gonna do the kitchen cabinet kah using the inhouse renovator? i ada tanya quote for the kitchen basin only (coz i punya package ada stove cabinet, plus hod & hoob)..katanya nak 1k plus woh if concrete table, bagi alasan kata paip tu nak alih sikit then only can do. thats why cost high..tu pun tidak termasuk basin bowl..kena beli sendiri..

myself oredi confirm buat kitchen punya pintu, bi-fold door and kitchen opening i put blind (either bamboo or wood) so that when my mum cook, can put down, if i install window, mcm kurang cantek sikit..thats why i used blind.

Certificate of Fitness (CF) is ready. you can get it any time Shocked Shocked

omg omg omg omg ..

its time to pay the grille deposit people. :p

PM Me your contact number, name and unit number, if you want to join the bulk. if you can PM me, please email to priestleysim@yahoo.com

Please state what package do you want.

1. Compulsory, or (RM850 non bulk price, RM800 bulk price)
2. Compulsory plus balcony add another RM650.
3. Whole package (RM1850 non bulk - will see if can get cheaper price for bulk :p )

if you have children or planning to have children, i suggest the complete package, because its already RM1500 (compulsory + balcony). Add another RM350, you can get the full package:

Meli, please confirm the price of your quote for kitchen opening box up, and kitchen slidding door. I have two quotes but appear to be a bit high lah, the price.

The full package = RM1850
Compulsory + Balcony = RM1500
Compulsory only = RM800 (bulk price)

kitchen cabinet: Melamine

8' base cabinet + 8' wall hung + 4' sink cabinet + 1 drawer set and 2 glass door = RM2,880 (none bulk price)

Add RM480 if you want to install base cabinet under the kitchen opening. its 3' long. Laughing

Add another RM360 if you want to install a 3' wall hung cabinet on top of the sink. Laughing

Add another RM150, if you want to add a dish tray below the 3' wall hung cabinet on top of the sink. Laughing

Curtain trailing:

single track for the whole type A unit (living room + 3 bedroom) : RM143
If you want the double track for living room (add another RM44)

the quotes are from our panel renovator. yes they accept credit cards but no 0% easy payment scheme. You can adjust it yourself and pay your credit card monthly Razz

Sim, CF is ready? So, after defect, we can do renovation and move in liaw?

For the kitchen door, i intend to take bi-fold door bcoz i think sliding nt enuf space to push..bi-fold can fold in two pcs, sliding means kena push to aside, cukup ruang tak? Sebelah pintu is oredi the kitchen basin, i think
u roughly know how big is that loh..but anyhow, the price for sliding is RM450.00 (aluminium frame, polystyrene sheet or glass, choose either one) but if bulky order, boleh kurang lagi..As for the bi-fold door, is RM380.00 (aluminium frame & fiber glass).

For kitchen opening, if u wanna put up a sliding window, is around $350.00, myself put wooden blind means RM15.00/sq. feet. If i based on 2 panel window sizes there 4'x4', then the price should be RM60.00+-,
my estimation lah..actual kena ukur lagi. Or u can go Ikea there to buy the bamboo style..but have to install urself loh..

Curtain trail is RM5.00/sq. feet. Example :- room is 2 panel window, sizes is 4'x4', RM5.00x4 = RM20.00 for one room. Plus living, more or less same as the inhouse renovator, may b cheaper $20 or $30.

the grille for balcony is RM650. It is more expensive because its sliding lor :p

kitchen - you cannot do bi fold door. because if you open it it would use up 1-2 ft of the space. If you put a refrigerator, sure kena the refrigerator. Sliding door is the only option.

Please tell us more about your sliding door guy. Is the price inclusive of installation - everything lah? will he cut your title to install the sliding door or it is placed on the titles. Two frame or three frame. thank you.

Morning Sim,

Tks on the price of the grille..i try to look for other quotes oso coz tot of putting up the mosquito netting (in bedroom), dia orang pun ada buat welding works, so tanyax2 dulu mana tau sekali buat ada murah.

I dun get u Sim, supposed bi-fold door save more place..bi-fold is one pc of door break into two and can push to end, i mean to 3' (normally std size is 7'high x3' width) If u put sliding door means, u mesti ada ruang so that the whole sliding boleh tolak sampai hujung..more than 3' liaw..

Somemore as u sed, beside is place to put fridge, that side is kitchen basin, i dun see any extra space to push to sliding door ler. But if Bi-fold diff. hanya makan tempat of 3'x7' saja.

hi!!!
yesterday i sakan kt jutamines. hehehe. take knci at 10am. then go to check defect. 23 on the list. wakaka. luckily that shahrul was very helpful. Very Happy the house is actually ok. not big, not too small lah. can lah. with the appropriate furniture, everything should be ok lah.

anyway, yg plg menyakitkan jiwa is the PARKING! went to c william. cannot do anything so much. he said if can only effect 100 - 200 yard only. if now parking in the middle of the parking lot, maybe later they will put me near the stairs only. aiyak. that all. after look n try to feel the 'tiredness' of climbing the stairs, we decided to upgraded the parking lot.

now, its on the 3rd floor. the last floor the lift will stop. the cost? dont ask. Rolling Eyes
