That day i came really did not realize of that sewage pool lah..ur pic looks juz beside of the swimming pool..jadi, berbau tak time kita nak mandi kat sana? what i afraid is mana tau satu ari mesin tk jalan, tnb takde api..all jammed, ada ada je 'wangi-wangi' dari sana..habis!!

compare to my currently hall, 12 kaki, mmg cair la telinga i kna bebel dgn

Wif 3 kids plus parents, memang consider a little squeeze but think at the bright side loh..mungkin ni rumah bukan utk seumur hidup ler, nanti kena loteri baru beli banglo, ha..ha..

aiyor..dun get mad at urself lah..think that we r going to move in very soon, banyak lagi kerja nak settle..juz now i went to see again the show hse, looks nice loh..nasib my packages comes with grille n kitchen cabinet, so, kena buat kitchen basin area onli..try to ask them up, ard 1k like that woh..not concrete table somemore..and the slsman advised better take outside renovator rather the inhouse one.

And he told me if one day can finiz work punya, than can inform him, he try to avoid the 3k deposit for me..hopefully lah coz the inhouse one mesti mark-up lebih lebih..

u perasan tak the open space kitchen? do u think gotta install a sliding or folding window there? Juz to avoid the asap n minyak goes out from there. Mak aku lebih lebih risau pasal tu..ha.ha..coz she is one cook everyday

Just wanna ask you guys - can we summit a second defect list after summited the first one, incase wanna add up somemore defects that were missed the first time - I think i missed a few.

If can how aa??

IMHO, the unit (at least mine lol..) is really bellow my expectation. Ii know what we getting is supposed to be a just build unit - NOT a finish one yet. But the workmanship is soo poor - dented here and there, tiles not straight, ceilling and wall not smooth, etc...really felt like buying a mid cost apt rather than a condo.

And one more thing, if we renovated the unit now and let say something brokedown, would they uphold the 2-3 years warranty - or they MIGHT say that because we already reno the unit, then the damage might be related to our renovation and thus no more warranty!! Any thought??

Baru call tu inhouse renovator, asked to quote on

1) Kitchen door = RM1000++ (Aluminium std door)
2) Kitchen basin concrete table plus cabinet = RM1415.00 (without bowl)
If they buy for us the bowl, arround $250+

I pun dah ask my supplier,

1) Kitchen door (Bi-fold, fiber) = RM350.00 (Workmanship & material)

Yg kitchen basin tu blum lagi dapat..tapi kitchen door tu memang the inhouse renovator charge KAO-KAO oohh..onli that they can use credit
card lah. (But oso nid to charge 2%)

As for the kitchen open space, my mum insist to put a sliding window so that whole hse wont get smoky n oily..i pun dah ada quote, ard $250 wif dark tinted glass.
