erm i will get the friend to quote. but i dont intend to get one myself. I use the kitchen to boil water, fried egg and the most difficult cooking that would do is maggi mee  , the kitchen cabinet is there so that i can take photo and show my parents that i have a kitchen to cook a healthy meal. If they want to visit, then i can cook lah. anyhow .. Domino pizza is sooo near. There are two actually, one in Mines and one just beside the silk highway before Jutamines  |

its not only CF u know. first fixing the defects. Then grille atleast 10days after confirmation. Without the grille you dare to renovate the unit ah? :p
Me alone to settle the whole house - no family members around - just with the help of some friends. I think if i fedap, grille, lights, fans move my 3V college (the steel one) lol i bought when i did my degree at UPM and thats it. I am in. Annoying lah the whole moving house thingy. Why didnt they offer the furnishing package when we bought our unit. so i dun have to bother doing anything |

if minor defect 1 week also can finish but kitchen & grill renovation may be takes time la coz now got block A & B, last time only block A so less than 1 mth can finish. my kitchen 3 weeks complete already. this panel quite o.k la. if something rosak can repair & replace quickly. |

?? kitchen cabinet is there? means sudah pasang? no matter what u cook, have to wash rite, so a single singki there is nt enuf to put a rack, sabun and so on..
Tau lar ada domino, nt just domino, mines shopping fair n jusco is nearby, can eat whatever there but home cooking is the best and healthy lar.. |

Eh, if 860 for compulsory grille, I'd go for that, no need to lock up the whole house. I might drop by tis afternoon for reno free quotation. |

Anybody noticed the workmanship on the wall, ceilling, floor tiles, skirting - not even, rough, wavvy... |

yalah my defect list. they dont charge you lah.
apasal yu nya loan banyak lambat?
one more thing people, i went to the panel renovator and negotiate with the lady with we can get cheaper on bulk. She will see what she can do and email me the the bulk price . see how lah. if still expensive then, i go pay for my deposit lah. I am getting them to do the grille at RM850 (previously she said RM860 now RM 850 pula) for compulsory grille. see if got discount or not lah |

said by this week baru print cheque, then baru hntr to jutamines.

Wah..semua dah teriya-iya check defect kot..my loan dah approved, but afraid got problem again, coz i was taking 'completed project' punya loan, bank mesti nak copy of CF then onli can released whole payment to Jutamines, but CF...??? blum lagi kan? Do u think Jutamines will give me the key to do defect 1st...?? Malas betul nk call dia org..
RM850.00 is ok i think for the grille, i dun think they will keep u long coz no matter how its still panel contractor rite, jadi, mesti buat cantek punya! Anyhow, sendiri mesti adjust time to move-in loh, kurangx2 another two mths.. |

nope. i dh try. william ckp dont worry, akan ada masa setahun untuk cek
defect. jutamines akan ikut perjanjian which said apa2 kerosakan yg
berlaku dlm rumah dlm masa setahun akan ditanggung oleh developer.
nk tak nk kna tggu jugaklah. i'm also waiting rite now. nk cari quotation
pun tak brani. |

Dah called william, he sed jutamines will send a letter to bank saying that diaorang will claim certain amt from bank (in percentage) so that owner can get the key, buat defect n renovate the unit tapi tidak boleh duduk not until get the CF.
Some bank released the payment n some nak tengok CF jugak, if nt, sorry..i punya blum tau lagi..kena call bank jugak..

can but if anything resulting the problem issuing the of the CF to that particular unit. tanggung sendiri :p
i am pasanging the grille soon :p
