Dryer? takya lah..mahal tu, over budget nanti..
Kena buat exhaust fan lagi in the kitchen, somemore
the place not so big, sekali masak habis lah dining n living hall..berminyak n berasap. Luckily i got fren doing this,
shower screen, door and etc..so, gotta choose a nice
one later.. 
Anyhow, tks g5sim, i dah pun bagi deposit for booking,
takut if choose again, hangus lah deposit aku tu..tks again

Then you have to on the air-con to dry clothes? |
you turn on the aircond when you are using the aircond lah - clothe drying is secondary while you are enjoying the cool air in the unit :p
anyhow another suggestion - install a wall fan - i assure you that your clothes will dry in less than 24h.
the clothes will dry at the yard anyway :p |

u semua bagi seorang buat ke from a to z? myself actually
are in this sector..aluminium. so i recognise ramai jugak
supplier yg buat. Curtain boleh pasang sendiri, beli rail
and scrur it on the wall, kao tim! Suggest to buy kain curtain
at Macy, Wisma Min Lon,Sg.Besi highway..my sister-in-law works
there..a lot of choices.

and oh btw - there is to fan point in the third room. its at the dining area. why do we need a fan in that area. sayur semua sejuk wor if we turn on the fan :p .
if anyone interested in getting LCD TV, can arrange a bulk buy for cheaper price.
Branded, sharp, samsung, philips .. 32in 72p high definition TVs are <>RM3K. But if you want to use it to watch Astro - it is highly not recomended. very blur because astro signal is very week. Astro is best watched using a maximum of 29in CRT (big big bulky one) TV. any more than that, you regret lah. |

there are complaints that the studens refuse to follow simple house rules  . I will lecture them if we set a meeting if that is the case. no lah . the friend does not even have proper shop yet. he is friend. he works from the family house compound and would bring everything to be installed here. Most probaly the mirror and the cabinet only lah. need to look for other quotes also lah. one quote only where can !! :p i was an ex chief purchaser you know :p |

kenot lah - i got the house rules oredi. it is a condominium, not a low cost flat lah bendera here and there where can. install a wall fan at the yard to dry cloth - sure dry one. gerenti

yes you can. aiyo i brought my camera - but see see the unit very small - i oso fedap want to take photos btw - the master bedroom toilet is much more high quality and better looking then the second bathroom
the second bathroom toilet - plastic and pvc. the first bathroom is nice i think the whole think is stone (i forgot the name lah :p )

no need to bring the letter to take key. call your kampung to check for the payment amount and contact william to make appointment and pay the money to get your key and check defect. If the bank has released your money u can get your key. the letter is the same as the one i typed here lah - just different name and unit number ... |

kita boleh set 1st meeting. so, klu ada apa2 masalah, kita ada wakil. rasanya bleh register di registration of society (ROS),
if i'm not mistaken lah. but then, i agree kita kna cek dulu dgn william. |

ya totally agree - we do need to form a commitee, to safe guard our interest. Not just the foriengner issue - others as well involving our welfare and benefit esp, with the management company later on - so many complainta/problems regarding condo vs. management these days....  |

Howdy guys. Long time no hear from me
Just got my keys today. Overall, I'm satisfied with my unit. There were 22 on the defect list but no major defect. It's too early to detect any cracks and things like that.
My unit is same like gsims' - the smallest one. It's ok for a couple with..maybe 2 kids.Mine is on the 3rd floor facing the pool. I can view the pool activities right from my balcony.Alas, there's also a nearby oxidation pool view comes free Also, my car park is on the lowest floor..-5floor. Got to climb to the 3rd floor before reaching the lift. Imagine pregnant lady need to take the staircase! Already complained to Williams.
I've got a quote for grill for rm2130 from the panel contractor. let me know if you're interested to bulk order (other contractors also ok), maybe we could get a better price.
I'll try to come again this sat. Cheers |

kenot - mesti dapat CF baru boleh pindah masuk :
the key is given so that we can check defects and get people to quote furnishing :p

my quote for the compulsory grille = RM860 also from the panel renovator :p
no kids no need to grille the rest lah. lazy lah
my car park is also on level 5 Lift till level 3 only :p |
