TQ but no choice lo, i tot end of JUNE 2007 can get house key. If really end of this month can get house key, must try ASAP to do renovation and move in before Oct 2007 Hopefully really can get key by end of this month... |

FYI, Cf out means have to wait another two weeks only can get keys..somemore if u do renovation, must extimate 1 mth to complete..depends on how u renovate. Lagi kena put a 3k deposit at developer there if u r nt choosing their in-house punya renovator. If u do ur own means developer will check after the work finiz n confirm that no sampah sampah kena buang then onli they give back the 3k to u. If got means, kena tolak lagi..

| thliow, dun 4get bout the defect..got the keys oredi liaw means kena check the defect, if the house is in proper than nvmind lar..if got defect kena lagi tunggu diaorg do the rectify, one mth? or more than that as the developer remind me that "bukan buat u satu orang je".. Pls. be prepared loh.. |

The time when I saw and bought the unit, Juta Mines was nearly 95% complete. I was sooooooo happy as I thought I just have to wait for 1 or 2 months to move in. Quite dissapointed. Now I am as peaceful as the lake behind Juta Mines... wait and see loh, what to do. |

i dh cuba utk bertenang since cny 2007. sbb masa i amek cek rebate
on bulan puasa 2006, they said can get key on dec 2006. then cny 2007,
then april, may, june, july and till now. sbb tu i dh tak boleh tahan lg
dgn janji2 palsu. hehehe..
masa beli dulu, on 2005, salesman tu ckp by end of 2006 paling lmbt siap.
mana nk tau sbnrnya plg lmbt is dec 2007. setahun tertunda. lama tu.
masa i beli, anak i 2, skrg dh 3 and yg baby tu pun dah berjalan n berckp.
bygkan berapa lama. hahahahaha...
i tggu antara tenang dan tidak skrg ni. kalau2 rasa nk tau, i call jutamines
walaupun i tau berita yg akan disampaikan tak berapa best utk didgr. tp
sbg pembeli i masih nk tau status terkini. best atau tidak, i nak tau juga.
kalau ikut s&p lbh 3 thn, kita boleh saman developer. i xnk sampai jadi
mcm tu lah, kan.
ish. kdg2 cerita pasal rumah ni, boleh buat kita emosional tau. |

But dis time they giving out the keys 1st to owner to check on their respective unit. Meaning that juta mines will call up owner come and collect key on dis week, Sat n Sun. So, pls contact Juta Mines right now to make the necessary arrangement. |

i am freaking fedap oredi that i did not call them since last week. the last time i called them was 2 August.

salah faham salah faham misunderstanding lah. Jutamines has sent out some of the letters. we should be getting them by Friday. Only those whose bank has disbursed all the loan amount to Jutamines or those who bought the unit by cash can get the keys lah. They are still working on the letters. still good news anyway  |

they just send the letter and by the time bank request for cf, the
cf alredi given, then baru dia submit cf to the bank?

hi all..
i call william tadi. dia ckp bank tak perlu cf. hanya perlu rujuk pada
certificate yg dikeluarkan oleh architect firm. certificate tu pulak
hanya dikeluarkan setelah disahkan oleh MPKj. Cf should be selesai
dalam masa 1 bulan ini.
and yes, kita hanya boleh ambil kunci selepas bank (atau mana2 badan
yg pinjamkan duit) bayar habis semua baki yg ada. then, kita boleh ambil
kunci. selalunya akan selesai dalam sebulan selepas surat dikeluarkan
oleh developer.
harap2 kali ni betul dan benar2 berlaku. hehehe.. |
