aiyo .. why sooo expensive .. mine at 5th floor facing pool 151,880 but 2 years ago lah :p |

aiyo .. why sooo expensive .. mine at 5th floor facing pool 151,880 but 2 years ago lah :p |
mmm..yes loh..after two yrs price sure goes up..which packages u choose? the furniture or the kitchen cabinet? |

| Actually, even get CF end of dis mth pun have to wait for defect, by the time they will give excuse says that have to rectify one by one unit and will take ??? duno how long again loh..somemore i choose the packages came with kitchen cabinet and grille, lagi kena tunggu for installation.. |

hi meli.
i bought 1st floor for rm120++k after discount 13%. tp type a la.
small one only. masa i beli takde pakej kitchen kabinet or the
furniture. masa tu dia offer smart system apa tah. its like bila
kita keluar, then balik rumah, lampu terus pasang lepas kita
on dari jauh. hehehe.. dont ask futher more. i tak paham sangat.
they said might be take 2 weeks to hand over the key after get
the cf. dont know la. i alredi 'kebal' with their promises. hehehe..
really hope to move in b4 dec 2007 so dat i can arrange school for
my daughter. hmmm.. hopefully, hopefully.. |

there werent any of that - we were offered the clipsal smart home/security system :p - anyhwow - i would take the cabinet plus grille pakage anytime :p |

dua orang pegawai dah telefon tapi tak dapat bagi penjelasan. dan kata kes perlu dihantar ke hq. they seemed to have given be the wrong monthly instalment figure. What they have in their system do not match the bills that received. this is getting ridiculous. Today is exactly 7 days that i forwarded the issue to them (excluding two days of phone calls that i made to them)!! |

Oh is it? now they are giving these two packages loh..i prefer the kitchen cabinet plus grille plus 1 yr free maintenance, rather than furniture, a bit 'pa ria' loh..  , Now we are renting somewhere in Balakong too, hopefully can move in b4 Dec'07, juz in time to celebrate Christmas..hehe |

wow, ur unit is cheaper so much than mine ooh..is it bumi price? smart system alarm? nt suitable for me too coz my mum is 24 hrs at home lah, i heard that if like us 5th floor n below facing pool means kinda of noisy ohh..but what to do, thats the cheapest oredi.. |

what.... furniture "pa ria" ??? I take furniture package woh... I am also new buyer like you lah. I dono anything about buying house... I take 3rd floor at RM16xxxx (some sort like that), after discount RM15xxxx. Don care so much, I just wan to bring in my luggage that's all, don wan to source furniture around. A typical LAZY person....
I take OCBC loan, Great Eastern investment linked morgage. Quietly waiting for CF. |

Most of the buyers like to face swimming pool.... I dono whether I am a weird or stupid person as I prefer the unit face road (block B). I prefer to face road rather than seeing telanjang punya manusia moving around. Maybe because I have used to the noice of komuter and KLIA express passing by my window ???
May I have some opinions of why you all have choosen Juta Mines, rather than Fortune Park or East Lake? My reason: Juta Mines is the cheapest, hope I dont' get wrong information.... and nearer to my office. |

juta mines nearer to shops and public transport is easily available in case your transport broke down. the cheapest and with the least management fee.
Fortune park is located in between two busy main highway - Sg Besi and KL-Seremban highway. |

Firstly im thinking can roughly move-in b4 christmas, now see at this situation, kena tunggu sampai c.n.y. Rental there better dun quit 1st not until got a proper confirmation. |
