i dapat hikayat  yang sama. Secara mulut semua dah ok. skrang tunggu pelan jurutera. Mun dapat pelan, keluar CF. Target jutamines ialah keluar surat CF minggu ini. |

ok. baru lepas call william. he said they VERBALLY told by the architect dat
mpkj will issue the cf thing by this week bcoz all those thing dat need to be
done, alredi done. they should be la kan. haha.
anyway, william also told me a letter to all the buyers of block b will be
issued by this week or next week. they target to hand over the key by
next week. again, hopefully.  |

angry, what. its our hse, its our money. they shuld answer what
ever the question we asked.

i went 2 c the staff yesterday.tey told me yesterday tey went to mpkj.then, the mpkj wont approve the cf coz 9/8/2007, the mpkj will hold a meeting 2 discuss bout their technical problem.so we'll hav 2 wait after mpkj hold their meeting n c if tey want 2 issue cf 2 us.tat's wat the management staff told me yesterday. really annoyin lah...last week said can get cf tis week. tis week go n ask n say next week.then time after time...end of august dun neo can siap or not.always got different story...dun neo wat will say if call next week. |

called alredi. same story like urs. mpkj masih tggh sbb blm meeting
utk kluarkan cf. itu saja masalahnya. i tny if there is actually any
problem with the building itself, but juta mines said everything ok
alredi, but mpkj change the head of department, so they might take
time to held a meeting and what so on. what a reason.
i tatau nk mrh mpkj or juta mines. anyone would like to call mpkj? juta
mines said they also want to hand over the key to us as much as we
asked for. but mpkj is the main prob rite now. |

belum lagi .. skrang sibuk dengan celaka CiMB. Tiba-tiba bil faedah home loan naik 13%  aku terkejut beruk menerima bil July. Tengah settle isu ini dulu lah. Kalau dia orang tak betul kan bil, I buat laporan polis, buat aduan kat biro aduan MCA, buat aduan kat bank negara, and Securities Commission. Oh and pergi ke media !! .. tengok siapa mati dulu !!

mana la tau kan, kot2 bila u glamer pasal loan ni, jutamines or even mpkj takut u buat komplen pasal mereka pulak, so they will settle the cf thing lbh
