Hi all,

We have purchased a semi-d house at Jalan Kebun in year 2005. We signed the S&P on 20 April 2005. As promised in the S&P, the handing over should take place on the 24th month from the date of the S&P but till to-date, Kompobina has given us the reason that they are waiting for TNB.

Their sales person seems to refused to answer calls, changed his handphone number (very unlikely for sales person to do so).

We would like to gather all the buyers for this project so that we can submit the appropiate claims on our losses. At the moment we are paying the house loan as well as our rental due to not able to shift to our new home.

Your feedbacks or any suggestions would be much appreciated.

We recently received a few calls from other buyers & would like to convey our appreciation for contacting us. We will try to arrange a time for all of us to meet with the developer & demand an explanation before taking any actions. Meanwhile, we will try to gather more information on the status of our house development.

We had just make the call to Kompobina (05.12.2007). Here's what they told us :

1) Syabas matter will be settled by this week.
2) Next week the road will be tarred.
3) Early Jan 2008 we will be getting the key.
4) Letters will be posted to buyers middle of Dec 2007.

After almost a year of dragging this matter, we are not really convinced if the info they tell us can be trusted because last week another buyer called & they said that we'll be getting the key by Dec 2007. Now they are dragging it to Jan 2008.

FYI, Kompobina's office has shifted to another place in Klang & no longer located at the old place. They shifted without giving any notice to the buyers. We knew because we happened to pass by the office but not sure of the address.

We went to take a look at our house last Sunday (16.12.2007) and to our disappointment, syabas' pipes are still outside the houses..From what we heard from one of the workers there, they (syabas) are only going to start working on the pipes on Thursday (20.12.2007) which is a holiday so we don't think anyone's working..

If refer to our earlier post, the pipes matter were supposed to be settled last 2 weeks..So is this another lie from Kompobina???
