Notice that the offer from the Banks are getting worse now compared to few months ago. I was told it was due to the Bank Negara decision not to increase the BLR. The offer a couple of months ago is based on expectation that the BLR is going to be increased..that's why we see offer such as BLR-2% and above for ZEC flexi loan. Which bank offer the best 3 year lock in period flexiloan of ZEC? The best I got is BLR-1.65% for first year...

hmm so far i thought our rate is better today.. the only withdraw from my bank is the fixed rate.. currently my bank did not have fixed rate which is attractive.. however.. the reason the withdraw is to revised back the rate and i heard within a 2 3 month they will offer back the fixed rate but dont know when..

the other withdraw is offering zero cost even though loan is as minimum as RM15K!!! Sad

i haven't notice that change in our bank, if they do, i guess they must notice their investors to some changes so that they won't be surprised
