|
|
Hi,
Anybody can let me know if it's legal to convert
my apartment to daily/weekly/monthly rental to
foreigners/tourist?
Must I get any licence from the tourism ministry?
I also plan to pick them up and send them off to and fro my apartment.
No tour package..sightseeing things.
Also is the normal tenancy agreement sufficient to cover me as
an owner from being sued should anything happened?
Appreciate it if somebody can help me out with the answers...thank you very much |
