I wanna buy a land with house. But how do i structure the property so that it is invisible to the government?

Actually I don't get what you mean by invisible...I'm assuming that you mean that the govt does not know you own a property? Well the easiest way would be to put it in another person's name and get that person to sign an irrevocable power of attorney in your favour. So you legally do not own the property but you can sell it or deal with it.

If my answer is unsatisfactory, you will need to give me more info on what you mean by "invisible" (tax wise or ownership wise?)

Hi,
Could you please tell me what is rule of rent income tax in malaysia
I'm non resident , and what to buy property in KL, My question is
if rental monthly income is 3000RM (3000X 12) how much tax apply to that income.
