Dear All..

I have been following some of the rather inetersting topics for few days now and I have to tell all of yea...I am totally impressed byall your good hearts and willingness sharing the experience and views.

I have just graduated and currently working in UK, planning to go home in few years time. Well, having spent all my school years in science, I have absolutely no clue about investments at all. Currently, a big fraction of salary has gone into a cautious managed fund offered by halifax bank here.

Anyway, I have always wanted to do some investment back in malaysia, mainly in properties (of course, I AM HERE), I was told by friends about Kota kemuning, the new condo in SS2 (where the old restaurant 'Paris' was, some areas in Puchong...well, to be honest, I have not been back home for few years and have lost touched with the development at a rocket velocity in PJ, KL area now...

Landed properties v.s Condo...this has been a much debatable topic over here for long time now...anyway...Any good recommendation or suggestion around Klang valley area. I have a budget of about 400K...well, the property is mainly for investment purposes for about 5 to 7 years term. so..there you go...hope you guys can make me rich...hahahhaha
