I've bought a second hand house from a seller. The seller has not settle the Indah water bill since he bought the house 10 years ago because according to him, the indah water bill is under the previous owner who has already migrated. The seller said he is not going to settle the bill since it's not under his name. As a buyer, what shall I do.

Could someone advise me?

get indahwater to cut off the bill from the date of the deed of assignment.

will Indah water cut off the bill? Which means I'll start from fresh! That's sound reasonable! How do I go and apply for the old bill to be cut off if you could advise me
