Hi, everybody.
Recently i'm looking a housing loan, which can offer me a best rate. My loan amount around 160k, is a completed project at Setapak, freehold condo.
Can anybody recommend me? My target is settle in 30 yrs. i hope to get those fix rate (means not according to BLR). Any bank offer that? As i know so far oni isurance company will offer that kind of rate.
Which 1 is better? Follow BLR rate o not follow?
Which bank can offer best package?
Do i really survey at every bank? EON, CIMB, MAybank, HSBC, Public, Affin, Alliance, Ambank, Hong leong?....... A lot....
