pls get a tax agent la!

when u have 3 or more property of any kind (pls check Tax Law) then it would be considered business income. if you have an OG file, it is straight forward. if you have the standard EA form for individuals, then please use "pendapatan perniagaan"

some expenses such as~
1. insurance
2. assessment
3. cukai pintu
4. cukai tanah
5. maintenance
6. interest on financing (not loan repayment - only interest portion)
7. repairs
8. other relevant expenses
~are tax deductible

improvements such as installing air-cond, renovation etc are improvements, are not tax deductible. if you have time, read the tax law. but safest is to have a qualified accountant or tax agent to do it for you. pay them a nominal fee la... should be quite cheap (<RM1000)

good luck!
