Anyone please help, how can i find the property owner?
Because i want to buy a house, but there are a few agent, they work together to cheat me the the price, make it higher and higher, when i show my intention that i want to buy that house they make the price much more higher, they force me to look for the owner.
Anyone got any idea please help.

look for a house that only wants direct buyer.. I'm sure there are some out there. just look around. in that case, there won't be a problem for agents that put additional amount on the price for them.

That's exactly why I always try to avoid agents until the last moment because otherwise they would raise the price. Sad

I guess how to find the property owner is not the question, cuz I believe you can find him/her on the internet. The question must be how to avoid agents? Agents will really make the price of a property higher than the real price if they knew that you are interested of the property. I suggest, find a property that only wants a direct buyer which means NO AGENTS allowed.

a susgestion here, you can actually appoint an evaluation agent to evaluate the property, the price will surely lower than the asking price from agent, show them the report, and might help you to get abetter price, it also will help to understand that property Market price.

normally the price from the evaluation report will be 10% lower than the actualy price, so if the report stated 1m, then 1.1m is not a bad deal.

from the report also you can get the info such as the house condition, the traffic flow, they is lot of supporting document for you to decide buy or not to buy.

remember, the loan is based on the evaluation report price, not the selling price.

To find a property owner First don't deal with the brokers, contact the owner of the property directly and tell your ideas and thoughts about the property. So that the owners will get to see more transparency in the made up of their contributions towards your ideas.

you can also try to ask the agent for the land title.

with the land title, then you can check everything about the land in land office.

there maybe conflict of interest.... agent want to sell fast and lower asking price while owner want to look around for the best offer...
