I think i lost my S&P. Do I just pay for the photocopy fee and how long does it take to reproduce another one?

you lost a Duplicate or the Original?

if your property is still under loan, the Bank would be holding the Original SPA... when you finished paying the loan, the Original SPA will be returned to you.

in the mean time, if you want a copy for safe-keeping, just go to the legal firm that prepared the SPA for you, ask for a CTC Duplicate copy. The legal firm should still have a copy of another Duplicate copy.

Please give the firm a call before you go... and let them have the time to locate your file ok... don't just hop into the firm and think that they can just get you a copy.... they have to look through piles of files... especially if you don't remember the reference no...

correct me if i'm wrong, usually you will received ORIGINAL copy of S&P from bank. you will received it or request for it once your loan settle or lock in period habis. dunno ler..
