hi,
Situation A
Property A and B. Both property is under individual name (my dad and his brother). Now my dad will take property B and his brother will take property A. How long it takes for the process to transfer ownership will complete? more than 3 months?
Situation B
my dad and his brother inherit down a company left by my grandfather. For now my dad wish to withdraw itself out from the company. The company got some assets and cash and by percentage my dad owned 20%. my questions is same as above how long it takes for a split for a company? more than 1 years?
