When we compare 2 pieces of land or 2 units of condo, we will divide the total asking price with the total area or built up.
However, how do we compare landed properties? For example, semi dee in Bukit rimau is selling at 850k with a land area of 3500 and built up of 3100 while in Eco Park, it is selling at 870k with land area of 3400 and built up of 3300.
Please help. Thanks! |
