All,
I have paid booking fee for a property in Valencia, Sg Buloh and now looking for financing. Since the loan will be >600k, I will be very picky in terms of the total savings from each package offered. I'm looking for ZEC, no MRTA, with longest possible tenure.
So, if anybody from this forum knows where to get the best deals in town, pls let me know. I talked to few banks (no loan submission yet), and the best I heard was BLR-2%. But, I didn't discuss the details, so wouldn't know all the hidden charges |

How bout loan tenure 30 years OR 36 years? Without MRTA.

May I interest you in AIA's Fixed Rate Home Loan?

thanks, but i'm not looking too long term, i dont mind fluctuation rate as long as it's cheap now....intend to shop around again after the lock in period is over |

Hi stea, my name is Azlan from CIMB. So far at our bank we can get for you BLR-2% however since ur case is more than 500k loan, we will try to get special rate for you.
There are 2 type of loan we can offer which is Normal Housing Loan and Flexi Loan.
Flexi loan allowed you to make principal reduction on the spot without notice. Another thing is if you make extra money than your instalment, it help you to shorten the gap tenure and save the interest. In addition, you can withdraw back the extra money you pay should you have emergency need the money. Flexi loan only have one time processing fee (which debited into account) and RM10 monthly fee for usage of current account.
Normal housing loan did not have as the facility above however they did not have any charge like monthly fee, processing fee etc.
Another product we can offer is Islamic Housing Loan where the rate can be offer as Conventional Loan rate however with addition we can offer you a ceiling rate.

Our bank currently can offer up to BLR- 2.0, Free Legal , Full Flexi and Longest up 40 years old. I may try for BLR-2.1 which subject to approval. So far i got cases get approved with BLR-2.1 which depend on customer profile. If you interest then just drop me an email for more information. Thank you in advance.

i better update this thread since a lot of sales folks offering to help.
I've got my loan from Ambank and the interest is BLR-2% ZEC. Loan was approved last year & I've started serving the interest on disbursed amount.

and they misread the time and date, it was exactly 1 year ago but they dunno.
