| I'm planning to buy an apartment around Selayang. I discovered that the apartment is going to be built on a commercial land. Any disadvantage if an apartment or a house is built on a commercial land? |

Utilities, Assessment fee, quit rent all based on commercial rate, for eg, electricity will based on 26% commercial rate rather than residential rate.
Assessment will be very high, for eg, 1000 sf will be around RM1000/- depend on location and estimated rental. |
