Is your unit rented out? i'm planning to invest a unit there but unsure with the market there. I would appreciate comments or advice on the location as it seems to me handy to travel to 1 utama but I never been to the area thus have no ideas with the detail. i just know it is next to LDP highway.
I would like to buy for investment I'm also unsure whether there are high demand for rental market?
I would be grateful if anyone staying that area can share some views with me. |
