I was there last SAT.

It is behind Medan Selayang. Location wise still ok accessible through MRR2 and Jalan Kuching. I found quite traffic jam when come from MRR2. There is roundabout there and a lot lorries.
It is 30 storey buildings. 3 blocks. Total development are 900++ units. 1st 5 levels were cover parking. The condo start from 6th level till 30th. Currently they only open 1 block, till 15th level.
Behind you can see the chinese primary school. My feeling the area a bit old like small village. I heard majority residents there are Indians (anyone can confirmed?). |

thanks for the info, noproblem. this sound like a highly densed development. traffic would probably be very bad from current situation once the units are handed over. |

hi... fyi, those cases that my team did, majority of the purchasers are chinese. besides, relatives of my colleague bought in bulk too.
total is 941 units and selling price is below 250k.

Hi guys,
Went to their sales office last weekend. Show units are nice. Type A has a nice layout for a 900+ sqf unit - had that spacious felling. If you can get Type C unit 01, you'll be able to get both views, front balcony is KL view & wet kitchen balcony is Selayang view.
Booked mine on 22nd floor with selling price of RM258,500 after 10% discount. According to the sales rep, mostly booked are Chinese & Malay.
