For the recognition revenue of real property, what are commonly problems or issues arised?
I've totally no ideas regarding with this due no experience or info bout tis, hope some one could help!!

emm probably...

1.) within the area whether it's gonna develop or not..
2.) Even the area gonna develop who know most of project will be cancel due to changing location.. ( take example of KLIA if not mistaken, previously the project was to be done at Rawang... however they have change place so that's y most project at rawang has abandon and customer who bought at that place suffer loss...

so far that i can think..

and also whether the developer is strong enough. If not, they build halfway, then you also need to pay the installment.
