Hi all,
I need an advised from you all here. Below is my question. Got headche already due to this.
When I apply bank loan , I put my name only as a borrower. And already asked the banker regarding the second name the S&P. And Bank said no problem at all due to they only wanted to know who the 1st borrower...Suddenly yesterday..developer call me and said the bank are not releasing the money...And i call the bank..and they said ..the problem is got two name at S&P.
Here is my question.
1) Are we need to reapply the loan?
2) Or we just submit the second name details to the bank??
3) There is any interest or charges inccured to re do back all the process?
