Hi guys,

I'm a new member here and I'm currently living in Germany but i will be back in Malaysia for good this October. I am currently looking for a condo/apt/serviced residence.

Any recommandation if i would like to buy a property with green environment, cooling, quiet & low density?. Budget below 250k in Selangor or KL.

if me, i would suggest the area in kota damansara for pj whereas kl i will suggest prima setapak 2 is a quite nice project new development and low density

Or I wud suggest you the town house villa called Taragon Puteri Cheras and only 141 units in total and tat's a gated community which next to Hulu Langat Reserve Forest. Now, still got abt 20+ units avail. You can check it out or gimme a buzz...

it is located a lush greenery environment.
