I am looking to buy a F/H apartment around PJ to stay on my own as well as future sale./rent. Recently got to view some units at Mutiara Oriental.
It's quite an old building (11 yrs?) but maintained well and I like the vicinity. From what I have gathered from this forum esp. Rollroyce's posts, the property has been depreciating. I am looking at one particular unit tat is about 1000sf and comes with new furnishings, and facing the pool. Nicely done. However the price is fetching at a premium, at about RM250psf.
Anyone know what's the market value for this place? I think the estimate is around RM230psf? Please share your knowledge/opinion.
